M & R Custom Upholstery

My experience with M&R was totally positive. While visiting my mother I agreed to help her get several chairs re-​upholstered. After checking out (and dismissing) a competitor, I went to M&R. My first impression was good — the shop was pleasant — clean and organized, and Mike, the owner, was very businesslike yet personable. He gave me a written quote which I thought was a fair price, we agreed to the time-​line and I delivered the fabric and the first two chairs the next morning. I returned to La Porte 3 weeks later and the first 2 chairs were finished as promised. Over the course of the next few days he delivered the remaining five chairs, somewhat earlier than expected as he was working overtime to accommodate my travel schedule.
The work is excellent as was the customer service from beginning to end. And, as importantly, my mother is pleased to have the project finished. I highly recommend M & R Custom Upholstery.
