Intouch Communications, Inc. has been in business since 1998. We are a Sprint Authorized Retailer and Authorized Business Representative for Sprint. We strive to provide the highest level of customer service. We provided the latest technologies offered by Sprint and for our Business clients we offer Mobile GPS solutions to help businesses become paperless in the field, track assets and employees to provide faster response times for their customers, better controls, and lower costs of doing business to increase profits, customer satisfaction and efficiency.

History

Established in 1998.

Established in 1998 as a Paging reseller, Internet reseller, Dish Network Authorized Retailer and Installer, cell phone reseller for Airtouch and Nextel. In 6 months we out grew the store as we had more customers that the walls would hold so we doubled our retail space. In 1 year we became a Authorized Dealer for Airtouch, and bought our Paging carrier BLC. A year later we merged with our Internet Service provider and became an Authorized Nextel Dealer and opened 2 more retail locations. Over time Airtouch became Verizon and Nextel became Sprint. We decided to go exclusive with Sprint and become an Authorized Service Center at our retail locations and have opened 6 Sprint Authorized Retail locations and became Michigan’s #1 Authorized Business Dealer and rank in the top 10 nationally.

Business Owner

Brian started selling technologies at Radio Shack in Lapeer and found a love for helping people get the latest technology and teaching them how to use it. He worked at other jobs in retail selling Men’s clothing, shoes, and suits. He worked for a Multi-​Level Marketing Company and helped them establish a retail operation to service customers locally. Then took on a role as a store manager for an Ameritech dealer and Paging reseller. He learned what he needed to run his own store and ventured off to do so. In 1998 he opened his first store in Lapeer, MI and has been focused on helping his staff help customers with the latest technologies and teaching the customers how to use them.
