History

Established in 1979.

This Comfort Development company is family owned and operated for over thirty-​five years.

Bob McGill, a Lake Worth native, started his firm in 1979. His son-​in-​law, Derrick Andres, also a native, joined the firm 1999 and now serves as our Vice President. Both are state licensed HVAC contractors. Along with being licensed, we are bonded and insured.

McGill Air Conditioning services residential and light commercial accounts primarily in the Palm Beach County area. We offer twenty-​four hour, seven days a week service. Some additional information about us can be viewed on our website robertrm​cgill​.com.

We provide service on air conditioning, commercial refrigeration, pool heaters, and wine room coolers. Our Preferred Maintenance Agreements (PMA) provide regular tune-​ups, discounted parts and labor on emergency service, and no overtime rates if those emergency calls are at night or on the weekends-​and always, Priority Response!
