Had a leak in my tire and they fixed it very fast. Very polite people. Will definitely use them again if needed. Jose B. was very professional and polite and took care of my like someone who knows how customer service is suppose to work. Great Job Jose.

These people are great. I only ever go there. The desk guy mike is extremely nice, one day I needed to get my tire fixed in a hurry to get my dad to the airport… Even though there was a wait he bumped me up and got me out of there on time. Another time I needed my compression clutch fixed, but the owner suggested before spending money to do that I needed to have my transmission checked. I thought to myself oh boy here we go, they are trying to get more money from me. However they don’t do transmissions there so that wasn’t the case. He was being honest, he didn’t want to take my money if there was a more serious issue with the car. The whole staff has always been friendly and fair. I only gave them 4 stars because I their oil changes are a little pricey in my opinion… But other then that they are the best!!!

I purchased a set of Continental Tires from Palm Beach Tire Pro’s two years ago. My car was making some strange noises in the front end after their last rotation so I went there to have them take a look. After a test drive, and a thorough inspection they found that one of the tires had become ‘unevenly worn’ and that was the reason for it making the noise. They put that tire in the rear and the noise went away. I asked them to check the brakes and they said everything was fine. This was the first experience I have had when the people were completely honest and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. Before that I took it to Honda to check it out and they tried to sell me 4 new tires, an alignment, wheel bearings and whatever else could fit on the list of things I didn’t need. Congrats Palm Beach Tire. I am a customer for life.

I had a flat on one of my continental tires and I took it here to get it replaced. Jose was very patient, honest and professional and explained all of my options. I ended up getting a used tire to save some money since my other three weren’t brand new but the point is these guys really worked with me to get me exactly what I was looking for.
I’ll be coming back here for sure in the future!

Damaged my car and refused to accept responsibility. Belligerent, hostile, deceptive.
I took in a pristine luxury car and waited 2.5 hours. After paying $ 1300 for my tires I looked at my car. There was a new fist size dent over my rear wheel. Owner Tom Derringer said «we didn’t do it». Then he told me that I was scamming him. Then his workers tried to intimidate me.
He began yelling and threatening in a bizarre and uncontrolled manner. He refused to provide his insurance information and told me «just sue me. go ‘head and sue me. you won’t get a dime». I have never encountered such bizarre and threatening behavior in a car shop.
I can only imagine what this place would do if a woman came in and had the same issue. Based on their behavior and the behavior of the owner, Tom Derringer, I will never purchase from them again, nor would I trust them. What other sorts of damage can they do? This can be the kind of place that damages part of your car so that you have to come back. Then when you are forced to come back, they have you over a barrel. This is just horrible. I would never let my kids or my wife near this place. I can see the big dent they put in my car. Now I wonder what they did that I cannot see.
There are many other reputable places for tires. Palm Beach Tire Pros is a dangerous and unreliable place.
