North Star Academy of Lantana

Northstar has been an amazing blessing for me and my children. 3 years ago I was frustrated with a 4 year old that had several horrible issues at a past daycare and I needed understanding and patience from teachers who were willing to go the extra mile to get my son trusting again. 3 years later my 4 year old is now a wonderful 7 year old student in public school and my other son is getting ready to graduate from NS pre-​K program. My only issue with them is I wish they picked up from other schools! I love these people and I know they truly care for my children.

I saw the first review, I assume it’s a scam. This place is extremely clean and filled with incredible staff. I have no idea who Dacia B is but there is no chance she is talking about North Star Academy. We could not be happier with the Daycare. If you live in or around Lantana, you already know that’s a blessing to have this facility in the area.

I was taken back on how rude the staff was and how dirty the place was. The lady behind the desk was on her cell phone when we walked in and would not get off phone. The phone call was filled with profanity which my 10 year niece could hear. When she hung up I told her that she was very unprofessional. With all that being said my niece will not be going to this dump. I can’t believe this place is even opened! AVOID.

I was surprised to read the other 2 negative reviews. My son, daughter and several of our friends and neighbors in the community have nothing but positive things to say about this school. My son has been attending for the past 3 years and my daughter for 6 months in the baby classes.
Everyone is very caring and professional. I’ve even randomly dropped by on several occassions to see what happens after the parents leave. There is never any suspicious behavior in all 6 classes i’ve observed with my kids. My son is thriving and loves going to school every day. He’s made really great friends that he will continue to grow up with in Elementary school.
Every day i pick up or drop off my daughter in the baby classes they are cleaning and sanitizing toys and mopping floors and doing laundry. I am confident they clean as promised. My daughter’s diapers are changed about every one to two hours dry or wet. I know this because i count diapers when i drop her off.
In the past we’ve enrolled in the Crème de la Cremes and Primrose schools and North Star is just as wonderful a place for our children.
