History

Established in 2010.

We have been buying, renovating & selling homes and apartments in the Lantana and surrounding areas for actually over 11 years now. In 2010 we brought it to the internet in the form of Lan​tana​Home​.com

We feel that what we provide is very different than many renovators by allowing potential buyers to help customize their future home. We often have to paint, replace kitchen cabinets and flooring why not allow the buyer to help create their new home.

The other side of the business is the buying of the houses. Unfortunately there are many reasons houses fall into disrepair causing individuals undue stress. Whether we do a short sale, estate sale or they are just ready to move on we can help make the process be as easy as possible. Many of our properties are former Bank owned & foreclosures and we strongly feel that it helps the community by fixing these forgotten houses.
