Look no further! Mike is your guy! I am so happy and thankful I found Evergreen. Mike is so friendly and knowledgable I learned lots about German Roaches and he got rid of them so fast! Mike gives us hope that customer service is not dead! Not to mention the price was great! Thank you Mike for saving us!

Mike and Evergreen bring back true customer service! I choose Evergreen to handle my spiders & roaches in W. Palm Beach. Immediately once I called, Mike was able to come check out my house and bugs that week and let me know my options. I selected the bi-​monthly service which was very affordable and that is where the incredible customer service came into play. Mike checked in with me a couple of weeks after service, and I casually mentioned I was having ants and they were not responding to the Terro baits I use. He offered to swing by that day and dropped off a different flavor of ant baits to put around the house. Problem solved. Just recently I horrifically discovered a small bug in our bed. Since my husband travels a lot and stays in international hotels, I caught the bug, texted Mike a picture and once again, he was able to swing by between appointments. Hooray– since he did confirm my worst fear, it was a bed bug. Again he swung into action placing bed bug detectors around our bedroom and will check back in a week. In the past, I used big company bug services and got mediocre results. With Evergreen I feel like my concerns are truly addressed and love that I can text a picture of a creepy bug and know that Mike will call me back that day. One of a kind in our busy hectic world.
