Worst customer service ever in the Pharmacy dropped off a prescription at 9:00 am this morning was told it would be ready by noon and that I would get a text confirming it is ready, didn’t receive any texts started calling was placed on hold for over 10 minutes not once but 3 times finally the fourth call I got through to a person I inquired about the prescription the pharmacist said «Do you plan on getting it today? We close in 8 minutes you better hurry so I get in my car rush there keep in mind I need this medicine it is something that is taken every day by a child and he has no more this was his refill. I get there she ignores me it is now 6:00 she finally looks up and says are you here to pick up *** prescription? I said yes was there a problem with the prescription? She said No problems I have just been busy it will be a few minutes… 10 minutes later she tells me that the doctor didn’t sign it and she cannot fill it and this point I am furious this is a medication that needs to be taken daily its 6:30 on a Saturday! When it was taken in this morning at 9:00 she looked at the prescription why did she not notice it wasn’t signed she looked at it for a good five minutes that was so irresponsible on her part and to show an attitude that she did not care blew my mind I asked for the corporate number and she refused to give it to me however I was able to locate it and will be calling first thing Monday morning to launch my complaint! This was totally unprofessional especially for a pharmacy manager I will never go to another CVS again !

I’m extremely disappointed I have to relocate to a different CVS Pharmacy. This one was only right around the block from my house, but I’m tired of being treated like a piece of crap. I’ve held my tongue back for a couple years now because of how convenient you are, but today was the last straw. ONE. You told me my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes. TWO. When I came back 25 minutes later it wasn’t ready yet and the lady told me «two seconds», walked away, yet she went to help someone else when I assumed she was coming right back? So I asked another lady politely, «is she still helping me?», and the lady, appalled and in disgust interrupted whomever she was helping to yell across the front desk, «I told you specifically it wasn’t ready yet, but you two was talkin!». Yeah, like I’m the bad guy. You could have told me you were going to help someone else while mine was still processing. My boyfriend was on the phone while I was talking to you one on one. He didn’t do anything. We didn’t do anything. It didn’t happen. I don’t understand, you must know people are there because they need meds, right? That they are in pain, right? That we don’t WANT to be there, arguing with you. That’s the LAST thing we want to be doing. Might I say, I am SO relieved that one girl left for her pregnancy leave. She was the freaking witch. All of the women here have the worst or the worst attitudes. Excluding the older woman with brown hair, she’s sweet. If I had the choice, I’d only talk to her. But no, that’s not how it works, and I have to dread every minute before walking in there, while there, and afterwards. If they attend a semester of communication skills, maybe MAYBE I’ll come back. Multiple times have I given you the chance to earn my trust back, but I am repeatedly let down. I’m sick of it. Thanks a lot CVS Pharmacy, for making my life a more vigorous living hell than it already is.
& Can I give you ladies a helpful tip? If you are going to argue about who deleted what, and who needs to check whatever to see if someone’s lying, can you take it to the back back? So you can look a little more professional? It might help lower the tension in the room too.

Do not go here to get your flu shot or probably any kind of shot the pharmacist William Radcliffe will give it but doesn’t have a clue on how to do it. He gave me my flu vaccine in my arm unfortunately it was so high up in arm almost on my shoulder. When I said «WAIT» he said «don’t be a baby» and stuck me. This is not proper placement for ANY injection especially not an IM shot. Now I have had constant arm pain and hip pain. Don’t know if hip pain is related but started at same time. Horrible pain. Horrible treatment.
