Our flight out of Lansing was canceled and where all hotels stopped their shuttle services, Mike personally picked us up in the Quality Shuttle bus!
Such good conversation and chipper personality he immediately turned my night around with his positivity and smile!
When we got to the hotel they had a social hour from 6 to 7 where my husband and I got 2 free drinks each!
To top it off they carry Michigan craft beer in their hotel store! What a score!
Mike recommend Frank’s Press Box to grab some local brews and good food!

I hate to give away Lansing’s best kept secret, but this is it.
Rooms — Rooms are nice (see prior review). Beds are comfy.
The staff is nice. Few new updates — they took away the drink tickets and now you can just get really as many drinks as you want. Most people only seem to get 1 or 2 anyway so the tickets were strange. Tip the bartender, he’s been there awhile and is super nice.
They changed the breakfast so everyone can get hot stuff (eggs, bacon, hash browns). The food is free and filling — who cares if it is gourmet (which it is not… think Dennys).
Finally, they are throwing some cash into the interior. The strange gazebo never bothered me, nor did the strange potted fake trees. But they are gone now. Hopefully they keep the price the same because I love it here.

This is my favorite place to stay in Lansing. Large clean rooms and a really good free breakfast.

This place was clean, comfy, and had great breakfast. Thanks JoAnne and JoJo for the great breakfast service. Free egg breakfast was better than Denny’s down the street. Snack station was also very affordable, same prices that you would see for chips and pop.

I have stayed here a couple times, in the Lansing area. Quiet, clean, and looks to have been repainted and updated in general, not too long ago. Room was clean with a large bed and area to work on my computer and update my Unilocal account.

I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I was expecting sub-​par rooms based on the price bust alas was proven wrong. The hotel was clean and well lit and we overall had a very pleasant experience here. Well done Quality Suites!

Hands down, BEST Choice Hotel property I have stayed, other than a Cambria. But that may be pushing it.
Customer service top notch, rooms excellent and location is great too for dining choices.
I swore off the Choice Hotel property Quality Inn until now.
What really got me was I checked Unilocal before my booking and seen the 4 star, it was automatic.

Great place to stay! Tom is a great cook and his hot breakfast is worth every penny of the $ 3.99 charge. Don’t even think twice, just get it. Happy hour is a great way to end your day and tends to get most all of the guests out of their rooms and having a good time.
The wifi is a little weak… it worked well in the living room area of my room but struggled out on the balcony. The rooms were quiet with very comfortable bedding.
BW’s is about half a block away. Works great after happy hour wraps up at the hotel.

I stayed here two years ago & came back again this weekend. Service is great & the rooms look great too. I called all the other places around here for rates & they were pretty the same. I decided on Quality Suites because they had suites for the price of a room. The pictures on their website are very accurate. They have this social thing & each guest gets 2 drinks FREE! They even have free bfast in the morning: they have both hot & cold selections. The cold selection is like any other place except it’s very organized & fresh. The hot is great too. The hotel looks great & the bed is very comfortable! Would stay here again next time i come back! Oh yes, they have free internet. Not extremely fast but def quick.

Nice place to stay if you have to be away from home. Rooms have all been redone about 4 yrs ago. we have stayed here numerous times on business and short trips. well located on the West saginaw st strip… Good restaurants very close and this property offers a cooked to order breakfast and managers reception during week nights. Staff seems pleasant and eager to have you come back.
