When I was moving I was trying to decide if I should sell my house or rent it out. I wanted to keep it as an investment property but at the time I was not in a place to be able to manage it. I remembered driving by Prime Property earlier in the week and decided to drop in to speak with them about renting my house. They are a small company who was able to provide me individualized attention and support. I have had a great experience with them managing my account, they send me a check every month from the month’s rent along with my monthly bank ledger so I can see all the activity. I could not recommend them more! If you are thinking about renting, stop by their office.

This company has been managing our complexes for a few years now. We’ve always had a great relationship with the management and when the last big snow hit, we needed some work done. I was really surprised to see them fix the heating unit over the weekend.
Now that the market is on an uptick, we are thinking about purchasing more units.
