History

Established in 2008.

One Source Realty was formed to work with Banks, Mortgage Companies, and Asset Management firms looking to dispose of REO Properties (Bank owned homes). We manage the property from Foreclosure sale through the redemption period and care for and maintain the property during the life of the foreclosure until we are able to list and sell the property. Since the start of this company we have grown to employ Real Estate Agents and provide retail services that included. We are still growing and look forward to working with you to achieve all of your Real Estate Goals!

I have been a Licensed Real Estate professional since 2003. I am the Broker/​Owner of One Source Realty; we are a full service Real Estate Company. We represent Buyers and Sellers for transactions including all property types (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Vacant Land…), and we are also a Property Management Company. I utilize a team of four including myself, a full time personal assistant, BPO data entry manager, and a dedicated Buyer’s Agent.
