Most stores, let alone popular chains, avoid plus size women like cats and baths. Not this one! My plus sized friend and myself found a heaven or something close to it. I didn’t feel pushed to the back of the store or to a small rack but an entire section of several racks, were kept and presented to appeal to my fashion sense. They had several plus options which was not labeled in the way so many other stores do, almost shaming«plus sized» people. They had a sale section too. I don’t expect much from Forever 21 in the way of fashion for my size but I’ve been mistaken. I will return. No I cannot buy an entire wardrobe here but some key pieces can be found. This store is well kept, the merchandising is appealing and the flow of the store doesn’t make me feel crowded like most retail stores do. The fitting rooms are spacious and the process/wait to get one is simple and easy. The check out area could be a bit more open and obvious and not the maze of impulse buys but it comes with the territory.

My eyes, god, my eyes! This store is full to the brim of sparkly, colorful, unusually textured fashion clutter. It is like the inside of a messy person’s enormous closet. I struggle when I shop here because it is just too much for the senses to take in at once, and things aren’t really laid out in a logical fashion. However! If you are willing to navigate it, you will definitely be rewarded with fun, cheap, fast fashion. These aren’t clothes meant to last forever, but that’s the beauty. Great place to go to get a dress for New Years Eve for like, less than $ 20. If you just need an outfit for a one-time party or just need to revamp your wardrobe by adding in a few fun pieces, you can do it here without breaking the bank. Cheap jewelry too! There’s usually a line to try on clothes, but they do have lots of dressing rooms so it shouldn’t take toooooo long. Most of the stuff I get here, I end up not really wanting any more in a few years, but that’s kind of the idea. Clothes run a little small, since this is a store that caters to teens and college students. In «adult» stores like J Crew and Ann Taylor I’m an extra small, but here I’m more likely to be a small(in a reeeeeally tight dress I might even be a medium!) So you will probably have to go up a size if you are a normal adult. Because this is a store for the youngins. Thus the name!

This place is pretty cool if you have a keen eye for fashion and like to plan a funky wardrobe. Every thing is extremely affordable yet trendy. My only real complaint with this store is that it’s really cluttered. Clothes every where with no real rhyme or reason… T-shirts next to blouses next to skirts next to yoga pants sandwiched in between club shoes. Also, although I love, love, love their jewelry and ring selection, you really have to be careful with what you purchase, because every other item seems to be chipped or missing a jewel. On that note, this is a great place for finding your own sense of style with out maxing out a credit card.

This is a good store to find cute clothes that aren’t too expensive. I was looking for a dress to wear to a wedding. The last time I was in this situation, Forever 21 had the perfect dress for me, so I came back again. I was in luck because I found the cutest little dress! The people who were working seemed to be a little preoccupied. I had to let myself into the dressing room. Then when they came back, there were gossiping about their 4th of July plans. It was fine, though because they weren’t busy and I could help myself. One thing to know is that they don’t give you cash back for returns. You have to bring items back within 21 days and they’ll give you store credit. So make sure that you like what you purchase before they ring you up.
