We help couples design, write, rehearse and perform custom wedding ceremonies. As interfaith officiants we excel at blending traditions from the non-​traditional and/​or non-​religious to two or more cultural or religious backgrounds into one cohesive ceremony that celebrates the unique beliefs of the couple.

We often infuse our ceremonies with humor and fun, incorporate the guest’s participation into the ceremony and otherwise deliver weddings that exceed all expectations and are fondly remembered for a lifetime.

History

Established in 2006.

Kya Rose was ordained in 2002 after studying various religious traditions. In 2005, she was asked to perform a Quinceañera for a local Pagan family. Despite having no experience with Quinces, Kya took on the task and developed a ceremony that delighted the family and resulted in several other non-​Catholic families requesting her services.

Shortly after completing a Quinceañera, Kya’s mother, an ordained minister since 1988, began to teach Kya everything she knew about performing wedding ceremonies. Kya’s first wedding was performed in 2006 and since then she’s performed over 200 weddings and commitment ceremonies for families all over the state of Michigan and around the world.

Ordained in 2002, Kya enjoys helping couples learn about the many options and styles available for their modern wedding. A writer and performer at heart, she relishes the opportunity to celebrate the unique aspects of each couple and bring wedding ceremonies to life for their families and friends.
