Tim and Art have cleaned rugs and carpets in our home for years. They’ve also cleaned the carpets at the Chicago public high schools and elementary schools where my husband was principal. In the past, they’ve worked by word of mouth as a side job, but now that they’re expanding their business, I am delighted to recommend them to the public. First, their services are very reasonable. I’ve actually added a few bucks to the billed amount at times because I felt they’d undercharged me. More importantly, they clean carpets and upholstered furniture VERY thoroughly, using some kind of huge steam machine and safe and effective cleaning agents. Their enzymatic cleaner for stains is organic and it works great! They’ve even left me some in a spray bottle for the occasional spill or stain. Finally, they are respectful and kind gentlemen. It’s a pleasure to have them in our home. We have young children, so it’s very important to me that I trust people who work here. I trust Art and Tim to do the job well, to show up on time, and when they leave us with thoroughly clean carpets every time.
