Stellar customer service that really went above and beyond on what could easily have been a frustrating visit. The assistant manager, Katie, was very organized and caring and made our wait time easier by answering our immediate questions and providing us sample devices before our sales rep was available. It was a busy day at this location, and they appeared to do a nice job ensuring everyone was being helped in some fashion. When we were handed over to Vern, he really covered every detail and option on our new devices/plan in an unrushed and trusting way. We left with 100% certainty that all the changes we made were the right ones for us. Additionally, Vern also helped us upgrade our Uverse account to a HD package after we had left the store since I’d forgotten my account information and followed up via text message to let me know the changes were successful and to reach out if we needed help with anything else. The staff here just amplifies the reasons we continue to stay with AT&T for our mobile coverage.
