I honestly think you went to the wrong place ! I’ve been going to Picas ALL OF MY LIFE & I’ve never seen Picas the way you say it was. Unless there was construction going on? That place was nothing but a lil (stand up) with ½ a Doz. Tables when they started. Do you realize how many times I’ve seen it change from a one rm. pizza spot to the giant restaurant w (a banquet area)? It sounds like you went to the wrong spot on the pike & thought it was Picas?

My husband (than fiancé) and I were apartment hunting in the summer of 2012. We found this apartment on a website, saw the cheap price and decided to check it out. It is absolutely disgusting! As soon as you walk into the lobby, it is incredibly dusty and dirty. The rooms weren’t any better. The walls weren’t painted, the floors weren’t cleaned, etc.
If you are trying to put new people into your apartment complex, wouldn’t you want it to be appealing? Wouldn’t you want it to look impressive? Of course! However, this place DOES NOT CARE! The low rent charge sounds great and all but not worth your lungs becoming black and dusty. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, FAR FAR AWAY!
