And to Add to our areas of service, Carpet Cleaning, spot removal, and very delicate area rugs using different methods for different Fabrics. We have Screened and Approved Home Advisor Seal on our website. Management as well as ownership have had background checks personally as well as the company. My wife and I just had a newborn and life has been crazy. We haven’t had the time to care for our home with the new addition and work. Top 2 Bottom Cleaning Service has made this part of life manageable. We had a team of 4 girls work for over 6 hours in our home to get it back in shape. We could not be happier. The house is cleaner than it has ever been and smells great. They are very detailed and reasonably priced. Thank you for making our home clean and beautiful again.

We searched for a cleaning service just using reviews on the internet and we are very happy to have found top 2 bottom! The owners are extremely professional, communicative, and accommodating. They take such pride in their business and it truly shows and is appreciated. Every time our house is cleaned, it is left pristine. We have a hairy dog and there is not a hair to be found– there is no dust, the kitchen is spotless, the bed is made like a hotel, everything shines… I really cannot say enough positive things about our experience! We could not be happier with the service and and courteousness of the staff. Highly recommended!

I don’t know where to begin. From the need to have them come into our home for an estimate to the cost of the initial deep clean, my wife and I disagreed about everything. She said I would understand when they were done and she was right. The work and time they dedicated to cleaning our home was more detailed than anything I have ever seen. The staff did awesome work in our home and it was well worth every dime spent.

There are not enough nice words to say about this cleaning service.
During our first meeting, the owners were very thorough with what I expected and what they would provide and after the first deep clean, I could not believe the results! I did not know some of the items in my house could be that clean. My mother even wanted to know the products they used to get our floors so shiny!
Their team works closely with you to determine your needs and to stay within your budget. Every time I came home to a clean house it was such a huge relief. Plus, they were great with our dog!
I would recommend them to anyone!

The worst cleaning service we have experienced. We keep our home clean but we wanted a «deep cleaning» — dusting and cleaning underneath the bed and couch, and all the hard-​to-​reach places. We paid $ 225 for a «deep clean» of our 800 sq-​foot apartment and compared to previous deep-​cleans we had, this one definitely did not meet our expectations. After expressing these concerns to the owners, who we felt were very unprofessional and rude, we spent our whole Sunday cleaning the apartment ourselves — dusting and cleaning all the shelves, under the couch, picture frames, cabinets, refrigerator, corner of ceilings, behind the TV, etc. We just wasted $ 225 and a perfect Sunday.

So the 5 star rating on here is what sold me. $ 200 for a one time cleaning to get my house ready for a birthday party. Best word to describe my experience is DISAPPOINTING. I emphasized multiple points that I needed done. For example cobb webs at top of the walls throughout the house. After listening to the «We thrive on details» sales pitch I was pretty stoked to have the work done. Needless to say I still have my cobb webs. Area rugs in living room were not lifted at the ends and swept under so dirt is still very present in my living room. These are standard procedures for cleaning crews. The lady owner said «we do not just make it smell good» unfortunately that seems to be what happened here. I would suggest going elsewhere for your services. My house smells great… So I feel as if I got a basic cleaning job with great deodorizers. Buyers remorse is sitting pretty heavy with me considering I had cheaper quotes. I am not a happy or satisfied customer by any means.
I should say that kitchen and the one bathroom look great, but the compliments end there. Half Bath is 75% done. Still has toothpaste on the counter. Looks like they just pushed it around. Looks like the were trying to get out of here in a hurry. The more closely I look the more disappointed I am. This sucks. Wasted money on half ass service. Rating just went from a 2 to a 1.5 at best.
Update: after being bashed and personally degraded by Jen through text messages and emails because I was upset and posted a negative review on here Jerry stepped in. He offered to come clean the misses, whereas Jen just accused me of doctoring the photos. After we declined the touch up service he decided to refund some money. We never asked for a refund of any kind might I add. They worked hard and they earned their money, they did not earn a good review or my repeat business. I changed to a 3 just for good measure for Jerry’s sake. It is never OK to personally attack your customer just because they felt you didn’t meet the expectations that were discussed. My advice is deal with Jerry and you should be ok. Deal with Jen and expect an emotional roller coaster that just bashes instead of problem solving.

I could not believe how hard they worked with something you rarely see these days — elbow grease! Everything was clean and shiny when they left, and smelled good too!

Really turned my bathroom from stinking shit hole to a brand new look that I can’t believe my eyes. They are really did some productive work in detail cleaning for every inch n corner of the bathroom to have this new look. They never compromised the time but it’s real serious work that turn into a new look n my friends even shocked to see the new look. Funny is that we are thinking to use this brand new bathroom. I have seen many cleaners but these people are serious about bringing some reputation for their work and they deserve to be one… see the after n before pictures

I said in my previous review that I would update after the second half of our service was completed. We hired them to clean our new house and prepare our previous home for renters. BOTH jobs were spectacular but the second job on our townhouse was miraculous! When I walked into our old home I actually cried. After 9 years and 2 young children, this house looked brand new. I literally have no idea how they were able to clean this home that was for lack of better words– filthy! After the cleaning we were able to secure a renter that day! That was a huge weight off our shoulders having just purchased this new big home.
I don’t know where to begin to describe the details they took to make this house sparkle. Water stains in the bathroom tub and shower– gone. The old carpet was fluffy and smelled like new. Walls were washed, cabinets and appliances sparkled, it looked like it did when we bought it– be for children! lol! I’m not going to lie, this was a tough job! Jenn and Jerry went above and beyond with their time and effort to make this house like new. In my previous post I said I was looking for a long term relationship with a reliable, reasonable and dependable company. Top 2 Bottom cleaners have far exceeded my expectations. I proudly recommend them to anyone in need of cleaning services! We love them!

I hired this service to clean my very dirty and neglected unfinished basement. Two people (1 guy and 1 woman) arrived with all the cleaning materials and worked straight for 4 hours. They not only cleaned but also organized everything by moving all the boxes neatly on each wall.
The basement looks amazing. Their work was above and beyond what I expected and they charged me a very fair price. I would highly recommend them and would definitely hire them again. It’s so nice to see people who have a real work ethic!
