I went in at 3:30 not knowing that the hair dressers get done at 4 PM. I got in to the wash sink by 3;40. She quickly washed my hair and rinsed my hair and was in her chair by 3:58. She then proceeded to cut my hair without checking to make sure both sides of my head where even. She was done by 4:20. I gave her a $ 8.00 tip. When I got home I noticed that my angled hair cut was MESS! The sides of my hair are not even and I am so embarrassed. I plan on going back to show them what she did to my hair and find out if someone ELSE could at least even it out. UGH! NEVER AGAIN!

My husband waited 40 minutes just to be ignored by the staff as they chatted with each other, you never know who people are, just wanted to say that you treated an active duty army soldier horrible. You should take care of your customers no matter who they are. He gets his hair cut every 2 weeks, you lost business we won’t be back.

I moved here about a year ago and was very nervous about trying a standard place to get my haircut. I have to say, I couldn’t be more pleased. Irene is so good at cutting hair, I suggest asking for her. She isn’t too talkative but she gets the job done right. I always overtip!
