What can I saw more than the name of this place. It is the VFW meaning Veterans of Foreign Wars. If you are in the military, veteran, or never served we all owe something to the members. It was great to go in and meet a 93 year old World War II veteran and other veterans from past conflicts. I have read many stories of what it was like to be in combat back then but nothing beats hearing from those who were lucky enough to survive it but unlucky to experience the horrors. If you get a chance stop by any VFW an experience real living history.
