Took my VW to get serviced. Had never heard of the place until another repair center recommended Proctor’s. The customer service was good and they did great work for a fair price. Maybe after the next visit, I will give them 5 stars.

Very overpriced below average work, this is no more than a clean regular 2 star shop. Took my car there a couple of times always had to bring it back cause Somthing wasn’t done right. The last time took it there for a malfunction they charged me 100 $$$ an kept car for two days to tell me they couldn’t fix it for no less than five hundred. Did research online an checked fuse an that’s what it was”” simple. No more faith in them.

Took my Audi, 55k for a «fall check up» — they came back to tell me that i need to do my 55k and change my spark plugs etc, which i’ve done already with my dealer. So in hindsight I am not sure they really checked my car out, rather just give me manufacturer requirements, which I knew and so do most luxury car owners. Most importantly during this check up no one was able to find out that my lights (break and turning signal) were out. So makes me wonder, did they really check my car out?
1 star for good customer service — I wouldn’t trust the work though.

Proctors serviced my 2001 325i bmw for several years when i was new to the area. Did a decent job. Very attentive customer service. Generally sounded reliable. But I had a recurring problem which they tried every 8 months to repair. It kept coming back. So I soon took it back to the orig. dealer in Rockville to fix. Still I recommend Proctors for bmw expertise in the area.
