Windsor at Harpers Crossing

We are here temporarily between houses and we have never lived in an apartment before. I have to say that the staff here is exceptional!!! They are all very friendly and very accommodating. I am amazed that they know our name and our unit, even after meeting us once.
The property is very nice and the unit is clean. We are in a 2 BR unit with big closets!!! The pool area and gym are great. Parking is abundant and the location is great to get anywhere. Everyone I have met is friendly. I have met people who are here temporarily, others who have lived here for years. This is a pet friendly place and since my dogs have never lived in close proximity to anyone — they bark at other dogs when we walk, a lot. The other dog owners just wave and go to another sidewalk. Most people pick up after their pets and there are receptacles everywhere that are emptied every day. The maintenance and landscaping people keep the place clean and neat. There is a trash/​recycling area and there is only one, however I don’t find that to be inconvenient at all, I just put it in my trunk and make a drop when I go out. The families with kids must love it — the office bakes cookies on Fridays for when the bus comes in! Someone mentioned the train near the complex… every once in awhile I hear it but its only if I have the windows open and it is really no big deal and in no way a problem. We also rent a garage complete with an electronic opener!

Lived here for 8 months. Very overpriced for what you get. They claim luxury but the apartments are nothing special, and they offer even higher rents if you want to renew.
They charge high prices for pet fees and storage space. Utility bills are high as well and none are included. The rules are only sometimes enforced such as dog breed restrictions, waste removal, and pool restrictions. Basically they only enforce rules with certain people if there are complaints. They also only have one dumpster at the very back of the complex for the entire place which means you have to drive your trash to the dumpster in your car if you live far from it. They charge you for trash by the way even though it’s an inconvenience for the residents. Will not be renewing my lease and would not recommend which is unfortunate cause the size of the apartments is great as well as the maintenance of the grounds.

This place is great. We’re here for a short term rental. We’re moving to FL and our house in Bucks County sold faster than we thought so we were in need of fast and convenient housing so the kids could finish school. Windsor Crossing was great! Friendly, hospitable and ultra accommodating! Plus, the people of the community were great. I highly recommend!

I don’t know why Kiran S. said this is the Worst Place to Live. I suspect he didn’t pay his rent or was one of those people who complains about everything. I can speak for at least 40 to 50 people who totally disagree. If you like to have fun, meet people, interact with new friends of all ages, then you will love this place, as many of us do. I never knew Kiran, but my guess is that he is a complaining, pessimistic loner. Anyone that writes only Worst Place to Live with no explanation or reasons is not to be trusted.
