I went in for one of their specials, bogo, went through their process, had the exam and the glasses came in quickly but they were wrong, in 6 hours I had massive headaches, upon return the doctor insisted the script was right, upon a re-exam he saw he ad made a mistake and remade them again however the frames were so cheap they fell apart within 6 months, lenses kept popping out, the arms fell off, Every time I try something from Sears I go in a tight end and leave a wide receiver, needless to say never again.

I’ve been going to Sears to pick up my daughter’s contacts every few months for the past couple of years. My husband calls ahead to be sure that her prescription is in stock. I go when they say the contacts will be in. Almost every time I’ve gone, the person working cannot find the contacts. They have to call someone, and even then they’re not positive they’ve got the right contacts. It’s never the same person working there. They’ve been through three or four opticians in the two or three years I’ve been going there. If you need glasses or contacts, I highly recommend Optik in the Summit Square Shopping Center. That’s where I’ve switched all of my family’s prescriptions.
