Residence Inn Philadelphia Langhorne

Great hotel. Especially for the price. Very convenient if you’re visiting Sesame Place. It’s literally 5 minutes away.
They offer free wifi. Free parking. Complimentary breakfast in the mornings. As well as ²⁴⁄₇ hot tea and coffee in the lobby. There’s a pool with a hot tub. Also, they have a small fitness center.
The front desk woman was sweet upon check in. I was pleasantly surprised after I saw the room. It was a very cute studio. Spacious and it had a lot in there including: King bed, sofa/​bed, desk, kitchen table, kitchen w/​microwave, fridge, stove, bathroom with shower, closet, sink & television. The kids had room to run around and I wish I was staying a couple of days. It was relaxing and I enjoyed the stay. The only thing I saw and didn’t like was the huge bug in the tub but as long as it wasn’t a roach or a spider I was ok lol.
Breakfast was good also. The special was biscuits and gravy, sausage & eggs with red skin potatoes. They also had the usual continental breakfast stuff. Bagels, cereals, yogurts, muffins, etc. it was good and it saved me money on breakfast at a restaurant.
I visit Sesame frequently. Next time I’ll be sure to book a room here. No complaints & that’s a good thing.

Great hotel!!! We came while visiting Seasame Place and this hotel was perfect. Clean and spacious. Perfect when you have kids. There also is a complimentary shuttle to and from the park. Highly recommend this hotel.

5 stars for the room but 1 star for the food.
Spending $ 300+ for a room and not getting a decent breakfast is unfair. I wish they change their breakfast menu and serve something palatable.
However the rooms are cozy and comfortable.

I have had to go to the front desk now 3 times in 24 hours to get new room keys because mine would not work at all or stopped working. This is crazy. :(
While we where at Sesame Street place they came in an cleaned one of our rooms, and left the door open. We called down when we got back to tell the front desk and they said o we will tell management.
In our other room we made the bed and left things on it cause we did not have room in the suite case to keep them and while we where at Sesame Street Place, someone came in the room and picked everything off the bed the threw it in the suite case, they had to open it to do it. Come on really did we need to leave a note saying don’t tough the items on the made bed.
Breakfast — we had to wait for bowls, the apple juice ran out, the coffee ran out, the raisin brand was stuck in the container, the trays where dirty, I was not impressed.

They did not cooperate and said just get another one it’s gone even with a camera on fitness room they would not go over footage and kept giving me different stories had to wait 3 days to talk to manager

my family trip we take once a year was ruined :(

Too much chemicals In pool to the point my eyes burned just from standing near water

I stayed here for 6 weeks for business travel. The rooms are big and clean — if you can get a one bedroom it feels just like an apartment.
A couple rooms I stayed in smelled like cigarette smoke, but the staff was very accommodating and switched my room.
The free breakfast is nice but the coffee is weak.

We stayed for only one night when we went to Sesame Place but it was a great experience. The hotel was clean and welcoming, the front desk was friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean (Paul Mitchell shampoo and conditioner). Free buffet breakfast in the morning.
I would definitely come back.

This hotel is one of the best establishments we’ve stayed at. We are a family of four with two small children and appreciate the choice of having a one bedroom suite that contains two queen beds in the bedroom. We were able to tuck the kids in and retreat to the living area and unwind from the full day of running around at Sesame Place.
Our room was very clean and the décor was tastefully modern. The convenience of a full kitchen was an added perk. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty and was helpful in curbing added expenses for meals. The indoor pool kept the kids entertained even when it was pouring outside. The drive to Sesame Place was less than 5 minutes and if you would prefer, they have a shuttle to Elmo that runs every hour! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Yep, another very decent Residence Inn. I’ve said it before and I’ll continue saying it: I think the Residence Inn hits the sweet spot of price, convenience, and ammenities when it comes to hotels. I love that the rooms are mini apartments with stocked kitchens. For business travel this is convenient and for pleasure it is great because nothing gets old like having to eat out three meals a day while on vacation.
The included hot breakfast has a nice variety of choice including fresh coffee (not great, unfortunately) and real, hot oatmeal (not the instant kind). Parking and wifi are free and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

I stay here pretty often. Fewer Sesame Place folks than Courtyard next door. Much nicer than the Hampton Inn in Newtown or the Sheraton down the street. They don’t have a manager’s reception every night/​week, so that’s hit or miss. One of the better hotels in the area. I like it.

Spent Father’s Day Weekend at Sesame Place and had a great stay at the Residence Inn. Rooms were nicer, larger and newer than in most full service hotel. Breakfast is at the top end of what you would expect with a breakfast room. Perfect for visiting the park with kids just two minutes away. Super friendly and accommodating staff. One suggestion for the hotel is to increase the shuttle frequency. They run the park shuttle on the hour which is fine expect for rush hour when you get packed in tight. Given the shuttle supports two hotels they should dedicate a full time employee on the weekend and make the shuttle run constantly at the beginning and end of the day not just on the hour.

We had a very good experience here. Room was above average for this class of hotel as were the staff; they seemed transplanted from an older and more upscale hotel. Small pool for the kids and standard plastic utensil and foam plate complimentary breakfast. Nothing to look at by way of view or hotel property — the selling point is proximity to Sesame Place. Adult drinks on sale at the slightly more trendy Marriott Courtyard just up the road.

Probably the nicest Residence Inn that we’ve ever stayed in. The décor and the condition of the facility is top notch. The king room is a studio, with a full kitchen and nice living room area. We had two adults and a baby, and we all had plenty of room to play, watch tv, hang out, etc in.
The breakfast is wonderful, but crowded — the people staying there were the only downfall of this hotel, as polite behavior seemed to be left at the door by a good portion of people. I guess early morning hunger makes people into rudies.
The staff was helpful, nice, and always willing to offer information or assistance day or night. The pool area was clean, and while they did seem to run out of towels a lot, I think it was because it was just busy.

–24 hour workout room with lots of equipment and a flat panel tv
