As soon as John Busillo gets your money he washes his hands clean. Got a 98 Malibu from his«dealership» and took it to Pep Boys just to check it over. Turns out two out of four tires are the wrong size for it and the two that are the right size are completely dry-rotted. Asked John if there was any thing he could do to help. He replied«You can’t come up with two hundred dollars for tires?». I don’t know where I could get a set of tires for two hundred dollars. He said this after spending 3400 dollars at his«business». I can only hope no one else has to deal with John Busillo! Four months later and it seems John’s memory is a little fuzzy. My job doesn’t effect how John conducts business and is of no importance. My initial«check out» in his lot was looking at the top end of the engine for any thing obvious. I did fail to mention during the real check out the front brake rotors needed to be replaced. Something you can’t see when the vehicle still has wheels on. As for trying to «sweeten the deal», there was no deal to sweeten. As well as NO negotiation from John’s end.
