History

Established in 2007.

My husband and I were looking for something to invest in when our daughter was invited to a birthday party at BounceU. After the party we thought what a great concept. We took the next step and met the original owners of BounceU and fell in love with their business practices and philosophies. First and for most making memories for kids and parents that will last a life time, all parties are PRIVATE, cleanliness is a company must, superior customers and FUN FUN FUN!

I think the clincher was we were guaranteed to be the coolest parents in town.

I have always loved parties. I love the planning, the detail and best of all the out come. I am always the last one to leave parties because I never want to miss anything. I have 2 children of my own now and love planning parties for them whether it is at home, school or at BounceU.

BounceU is the perfect place for me to let all my wild party ideas come true.

We host themed preschool playdates and specialty bounces that are fun for everyone.

Its a party everyday at BOUNCEU.

First time here. With a kindergarten birthday party. These kids had so much fun. They wouldn’t have stopped unless it was time for the cake. 2 different bounce rooms with big inflatables.
The staff here are good at keeping the party mining and on schedule.
Now I want to go there sometime with all my kids and bounce myself!

I was shocked to find out how smoky this place is. The bounce room smells as if a large number of cigarette smokers spent weeks in this room before they let the kids inside to play. It’s sad because the concept is great. I wouldn’t let my kid back until it’s fixed. The manager said that he is a smoker and that some rooms do smell smokey. But he blamed the smoke on the clothes of parents. I’ve worked with HVAC systems enough to know that this level of smoke is not from clothing.

Clean fun place for kids to have birthday parties. I would say it’s most appropriate for ages 3 – 10 but all ages could be entertained.

Had my daughter’s 7th birthday hew 0ere… it was alot of fun for all the kids. Therswir birthday pay packages definitely aren’t cheap… but considering that EVERYTHING was included, I guess it works out fairly. It gets a little cramped for the adults though, with limited seating. I would definitely come here again… just might need to bring my own chair.

I had my son’s birthday party there in January. Prices are reasonable and competitive for this type of event. The staff is friendly and booking was easy.
They only thing they allow you to bring in is cake and pretzels, which I think is total BS. The food is VERY overpriced. Coke products only and they do supply a cake. Paper products and cups also included.
The rooms they have aren’t very big and the haven’t changed them in two years, but really who cares, cause the kids don’t and my son always has fun.
You can tip the employees who supervise the parties with cash or on the card. THEY EARNED IT IN MY BOOK. This was the second birthday party there for my son.

I brought my son hear and he had a lot of fun. It was a great experience for him.
The price for 2 hours is not bad at all. It’s worth it!
But I feel that few things could be different, mabe have certain age groups for certain hours. Everyday. I think a 12 – 13 year old running over a 4 year old is kind says alot about all the age groups thrown in these rooms. That can very well be moved around to make the experience even better for these kids.

Over-​priced and under-​sized. We have been to bigger and better. It’s a one and done attraction, no need to come back for more.
Also, no food or beverages available, no where to just sit and be out of the way (for non-​bouncing adults).
Phone communication is spotty and the need for reservations at «open» play times is not explained nor is it a bold type priority on the website or flyers.

My Son loved it here & honestly I had just as much fun as he did Lol. bouncing around like lunatics, running around like mad… pretty cool place if u ask me. 9 $ admission includes (free goldfish crackers and apple juice and if u check in on Unilocal u get a free water bottle) Can’t beat 9 $ for as much fun as my son had … and myself.

I’ve been here a few times for a few of my nieces birthday parties and always have a nice time. But I came in this past week on a Wednesday with my 2 year old niece (since I’m always looking for things to do with her). They had a party cancel that morning and it was literally just my niece and I and 3 employees and they were beyond NICE! We were there the full time and since it was one of the preschool open play time, they still gave my niece the snack and did the craft with her. I had such a nice time and they were AWESOME!

I’ve had 2 birthday parties for my son here. We love it! It is so much fun for the kids and even some of the adults join in too. I’ve bounced during a few of the open bounces we’ve attended but usually not during the b-​day parties.
I do want to make a few remarks about the recent birthday party we had here. First of all, I did notice they increased the price package since last year and also decreased the amount of bounce time for the children. It used to be an hour and 15 minutes, now it’s only an hour. If you want more time you will have to add more $. It is a little deceiving when you get a price package «Includes cake, pizza, drinks!» and then you realize it’s really not enough cake, food, or drinks for a normal sized party. You have to upgrade most of these items to accommodate your party which then ups the price.
It was somewhat aggravating when I realized after the whole party was over that we overpaid for a few of the extras. When you make the deposit on your party, you get an email with all of the info regarding prices of the food, drink, balloon choices, etc. Apparently the paperwork that shows how much the food/​drinks are is out of date. Oh well, do I really need to argue with them over $ 5 – 6? No, but it shouldn’t happen in the first place. Money is money, we work hard, we have a kid and we’re already spending hundreds of dollars at your facility.
All of that aside, it really is a great place to throw a birthday party. The kids have an awesome time, they take care of bringing in the food/​cake/​balloons, and do all of the serving and clean up. It allows the parents a chance to socialize and have fun too, unlike a house party (been there, done that — no more!). I would definitely throw another party here for my son but after 2 years in a row we will probably try some place new.

This is a surprisingly cool and fun place to take the kids. They hosted a birthday party for my nephew, and I was really taken aback by what was offered here. The various inflatables are separated into different rooms, and the staff guides the party from room to room. Some of the «rides» are even large enough for us big «kids» to have some fun. Staff was great with the kids too. They treated the birthday boy like a king.
