Cosmetic Surgery Specialists is located on the campus of St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Dr. Alan Brackup offers a palette of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures. With unique training and a focused area of expertise, Dr. Brackup is a true expert in the field.

Our practice also offers a full spectrum of effective, safe and state-​of-​the-​art nonsurgical treatments. On the teaching faculty for both Allergan (Botox, Juvederm) and Medicis (Dysport, Restylane), Dr. Brackup has been involved in the field of injectable neurotoxins and fillers for over 20 years. Additionally, we have embraced laser technology since the practice started, and continue to offer the latest technology in both ablative and nonablative laser skin resurfacing, and skin enhancement. We also offer Infini and Protégé, both safe, nonsurgical technologies for skin tightening and lifting, with minimal to no downtime.

Dr. Brackup received his undergraduate education at Lafayette College, from which he graduated Summa cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with Honors in Biology.Dr. Brackup received his medical degree from Stanford University. This was followed by a residency in ophthalmology at Stanford Medical Center, and fellowship in oculofacial plastic surgery at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, one of the finest programs in the United States. The first surgeon in the United States to be board certified in both cosmetic surgery and ophthalmology, Dr. Brackup is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He is also a faculty member of the oculofacial plastic surgery fellowships at Penn as well as the Albany Medical Center.Dr. Brackup has also served as an instructor for both Allergan and Medicis, teaching advanced techniques of injectable rejuvenation using Botox, Juvederm, Restylane and Perlane.
