My first experience was on an anniversary we ordered Mexican food and our appetizer of jalapeño poppers was so hot that I sweated profusely and could not taste the rest of my meal. I enjoy spicy food however the level of hotness was never specified and no one ever warned us … I have ordered to go food multiple times and had to call once I got home because the food was not prepared correctly. I later proceeded to specify to double check orders before they are made and still multiple mess ups such as no sauces on entrée and complete wrong orders. I spoke to the manager multiple times as well and this man just refuses to correct mistakes and continued to argue with me instead of making anything right. I love Mexican food but I would rather take time and cook my own instead of paying triple the amount for a small portion that is not made correctly! I advise going out of town for well made authentic Mexican … I will not be a returning customer.

I’ve eaten here twice with my family, and I’ve had nothing but great food each time. Large portions, great mixed drinks, and we loved our desserts. We’ve had salads, burritos, quesadillas, and the jalepeno poppers. It’s not a fancy restaurant, but it’s about what I’d expect in a mall setting. The wait staff were friendly and our food was prompt. Perhaps they’ve recently changed up the menu? In any case, I’ll be going back for more.

Ordered pasta primavera in an oil and garlic sauce. After eating several bites I realized that the pasta had not been properly drained and it was floating in a mixture of olive oil and water. I summoned the waitress to let her know the problem and she went to speak with the chef owner. I was not offered any resolution except to take $ 2 off the price. Not an acceptable resolution and will not eat there again!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. I urge anyone that reads this review to stay far away from this place. This is he type of restaurant that makes you go «eh» when you walk in but hope that maybe it will pleasantly surprise you. It won’t. The atmosphere is gloomy, the waitstaff obviously hate their jobs and the woman’s bathroom is sadly worth a visit just so you can feel better about the conditions of any other bathroom anywhere else you will ever go ever. The food was terrible. Absolutely awful. I got a chicken quesadilla and I regretted it as soon as I was in my car and realized the closest bathroom was still 25 minutes away. I have to assume that whomever gave 5 stars either works there or owes the owner a favor. Never again.

If you enjoy food that is not fresh and service that is second-rate, this is the place for you. My husband ordered the Carne Asada entrée… it came with the strangest rice and worst beans(definitely canned!) we have ever had. I ordered a Spinach Salad without meat and was told by the waitress that meat was required. How is this possible? I also ordered it without the hard-boiled egg. The salad came with no meat, but it came with crumbled egg nonetheless. She told me that she would have the egg taken off. I said no thank you(I’m allergic) and sent the whole plate back. I had no dinner that evening. Aside from those things, the service was extremely slow despite the fact that there were only a handful of patrons in there. It took more than forever to get drinks and apps. The only thing I can say is that perhaps the server was overwhelmed being the only one in the front of the house. I don’t know. The restaurant was also not very well kept. Paint peeling off the walls, broken lamps, not the cleanest. This place is not worth going to even if you are desperate. Pay attention to to the other reviews and stay far away.

Terrible! Service was awful, awful, awful!!! Went on a Friday night while on vacation in the Berkshires since it was the only restaurant without a wait. I now see why! Took 20 minutes for the waitress to take drink order. Waited about 20 minutes for the apps to come out, and in the meantime all our drinks were empty. When she got around to refilling, collected the cups and returned them refilled with the used straws. Said she couldn’t remember whose cup was whose and said«I can get you new straws if you want»! Everyone in our group of 8 got entrées at various times and 2 of the orders were wrong. Spent about 2 hours in the restaurant all together due to the service. Food was ok, they can definitely do good burgers, although they may not be cooked as ordered(well done instead of medium as requested). Definitely would never return or recommend!

Wish I could give zero stars. Just gross. We had just moved to town and needed to do a Target run, so beforehand we stopped in for lunch. It looked a little shady but how hard it is it to cook a decent burger or make a turkey sandwich? Apparently very hard. My husbands burger was terrible, and we had to ask for new drinks after the cups we were given first were gross and dirty. Our waiter then didn’t return for 20 minutes and when he did has no memory of the drinks. I ordered an apple juice for my son and it had things floating in it. It’s probably an ok place for a shot of jäger but if you’re looking for actual food, go elsewhere! Food court mall food is probably better.

On food alone, it was a passable 3 stars. The 1 star was earned by 1) in addition to the only toilet paper being the free-range rolls scattered on the floor, a 2 – 3 inch gap in the wall offered glaring visibility into the first stall of the women’s bathroom… and not to where the feet would be, either. Because I can’t imagine a patron spending 10 minutes to assemble the wadded paper towel modesty barrier, I assume an employee did that. Not that it works well(it provided maybe 50%) coverage. I imagine the manager/owner is too cheap to spring for a more effective duct-tape solution, which would still look bad… but not as bad as wadded paper towels. 2) On the topic of cheap n’ crass, you get a free milk with a kids meal. But, once you change it to chocolate milk, you pay the full $ 1. You don’t get a prorated discount on that milk, either(that is, you’re paying a full dollar for the spoonful of syrup). It didn’t specifically say there was an extra charge for chocolate, but since it only said«milk», there you go. It’s possible I only argued about this AFTER hearing our neighbor’s woes; they were battling about some drink that didn’t have the industry-standard liquor amount and the manager just kept repeating, «do you want to pay double for another shot?» If I was him, I would have spent the 30 cents or so, to avoid the argument(and to avoid everyone else overhearing it). When I made my case about the milk, the manager said, «I can’t run a business just giving away free stuff» or something like that… in other words, he’d prefer to be combative with guests and earn a bad review in order to save literally 3 — 8 cents on a «free» spoonful of chocolate. Penny-wise, pound-foolish at its finest. Several waitresses seemed to hate working there; you could tell. Probably because this guy is blowing their tips; in retrospect, I feel bad that I was a bit chintzy as it wasn’t her fault. The place brought out the worst in everyone, I suppose. They had a Help Wanted sign for waitstaff and bartenders, which is suggestive of high turnover. I predict a Closed sign or «under new management» sign relatively soon.
