Chef Mark Vesh Owner of Catered By VESH has proven to have uncompromising attention to preparing extraordinary cuisine stemming from world class resorts apprenticing with The Ritz Carlton Resorts, Greenbrier Country Club, Amelia Island Plantation, Saddelbrook Golf and Tennis Resort and exclusive yacht and country clubs. Chef Vesh has worked with culinarians from around the globe gaining hands on experience cooking with international flair. Developing his own style Vesh has designed his menus and Food Stations around local fresh produce, hormone/​pesticide free meats and fresh seafood from the local market’s he creates freshly prepared foods that are healthy and nutritious and at the same time environmentally sound. Vesh has proven that great food can be prepared using the plentiful seasonal ingredients.
