History

Established in 2009.

Victory Complete Services was started by Chris Bird to bring affordable home projects to you. We offer our customers a unique versatility since we are small enough to answer the call for even the smallest of jobs, yet backed by a network of contractors ready to assist in almost any size project.

Since many of our jobs are kitchen/​bathroom remodels as well as basement finishing, we brought on a designer to help our customers with material selections and colors!

Business Owner

After working in the electrical and home improvement fields for over 10 years, Chris Bird of Lancaster decided to put his collective experience to work for himself in 2009 by bringing his services directly to the consumer. Upon graduation from his electrical studies at Sun Area Technical School, Chris began work with an electrical contractor helping to build businesses like Ruby Tuesdays and Auto Zones. Over the next eleven years his experience in other fields would grow larger including Industrial Maintenance, Flooring, Home Improvement Product Sales, and Commercial/​Residential Electrical Contracting.
