When I first heard about the camp I was skeptical, but I had no choice I felt like I was running out of options. This was a great experience and something I needed to do for my self. Everyone in the camp was great and the trainers really motivated you to push harder. I won my challenge and lost 43 pounds and I’m right on track! Thank you camp!

I recently completed my first 6 week challenge and lost the 20 lbs. I’m am so proud of myself. I have always struggled with my weight and joined various gyms trying to get results but never really committed myself to losing the weight until I joined the camp. The camp has taught me how to eat healthier, portion control and most importantly improved my self esteem. All the instructors are awesome. I never got bored of the workouts and enjoyed the postive environment. Everybody supports and motivates one another. If your thinking of joining the camp all I can say is do it. You won’t regret it. If you follow the dam instructions, meal prep, and workout you will see results.
I can’t wait to start my 2nd 6 week challenge. I plan to become a member once I lose the next 20 pounds.

My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner! The Camp is exactly what I need to stay on track in my fitness journey. I was lacking accountability on my own and The Camp has provided just that. Paying the deposit upfront is a small thing to do because I was serious about getting healthier and making progress. By requiring 30 check-​ins, it kept me motivated to attend the classes every week. The trainers are awesome. They each have their own style and offer modifications to those that need it. Instructions and support are given by the staff and I did exactly what I was supposed to and lost 27 lbs. I put in work, I was sore, I always broke a sweat, I cooked a lot, I had to manage my eating times and it was all worth it because it helped me improve mentally and physically. I am excited for the second round, bring it on!

It’s a lifestyle not just a gym. I lost 24lbs in six weeks. It was hard, but people cheered me on throughout. I never felt judged. You have to really want it for it to work. I can’t wait to start another 6week challenge!

I recently completed the Alumni challenge to lose 15 pounds in 5 weeks. My previous experience with the Camp was back in September of last year when I won the Accountability challenge. Last year, both with the Camp and on my own, I lost over 50 pounds, and this gym truly helped to push me harder than I ever could have pushed myself. I had surgery in December and fell ill shortly after and developed a persistent cough which has since been diagnosed as asthma, which I have never had before. I’d been putting off getting back to the gym in the hopes that I would fully recover first. I finally decided to bite the bullet and join the Alumni challenge to jumpstart my fitness journey and I must say it has been incredibly challenging for my body to become accustomed to working out while dealing with this new asthma. I did not lose the 15 pounds in the 5 weeks, and came up short at a loss of 12 pounds. I don’t regret joining the challenge though, because it has helped my body to heal and teach me how to limit myself when I need to but still give 100% because I am committed to a healthy and fit me.

I freaking did it!!! Down 21.4 lbs in 6 weeks!!! Huge huge thanks to my awesome hubby Adrian Rissling for all the love and encouragement and also to the most bomb trainer Jose Soto for pushing me. Two clap On to my second challenge so yes more workout post soon to come

The camp transformation center helped me kickstart my healthy life’s journey!!! I took the 6 week challenge to lose 20lbs and I crushed it in 5 weeks!!! I lost 24.7 lbs!!! I am so happy with the incredible staff at the camp!!! Helen at the helm is an incredible leader who treats everyone like family and makes everyone feel special!!! Ariana, Jose, Avery, and Raelyn really are all incredible trainers who motivate, and make us work hard to meet our goals!!! The classes become addictive with the incredible music and cross training workouts that they mix up for us daily!!! If you want results and a great time getting them!!! Then The Camp transformation is the answer!!! By the way, the owner Sam is a bodybuilding champion with a medical background!!! His education on how the body works is second to none!!! The food that he suggests is filling and delicious!!! So you have to get results if you follow the program of course!!! I would give the Camp 10 stars if possible!!!

I just recently finished my first six week challenge! I won! I lost 24 pounds in 6 weeks! I’m so happy I found the camp. I’m only upset I didn’t find it sooner. You are given all the tools and rules to succeed all you need to do is follow the damn instructions. The trainers here at the lancaster location are amazing. They are motivational, attentive, caring, and will adjust and workout if you are injured or uncomfortable. The only person that is stopping you from succeeding is yourself. On my way to the second challenge!

It works! FTDI: Follow The Damn Instructions! I joined the challenge to lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks. The workouts are intense and designed to get you stronger and stronger. The nutrition plan is strict but designed to teach you how to monitor your portion sizes. 6 weeks of clean eating and exercise was the perfect recipe to reach my first goal. I lost 25.7 pounds. Now my body craves exercise and good, healthy food. In my opinion, this is the best exercise program out there. You have access to what is essentially personal training but in a fun, supportive group setting. The trainers are awesome and wouldn’t ask you to try anything that they wouldn’t do themselves. Sometimes you’ll see them working out alongside you. I love The Camp!

I DID IT! I melted 23.7 pounds in 6 weeks! It took a lot of hard work and dedication but every second was worth it! I absolutely love The Camp and all that it offers. The trainers are all amazing! They try to help with any question and of course push you to your limits. Getting up to go to the gym had never been so easy like it was at The Camp I would look forward to going each day. Its such a motivating environment not only are the trainers pushing you but all of the challengers like yourself push you also! Everyone wants you to be successful! I learned that this is my body and I could mould it how I want as long as I put my mind to it. Good things don’t come easy but they are possible. I don’t plan on stopping now I will continue moving forward and make it a lifestyle!

They made it happen!!! When I started the challenge, I was anxious and scared of what I got myself into. However, taking one day at a time I got myself this far and reached my goal of 20 pounds! The trainer and the fellow challengers motivates you to not give up and keep going!
At the beginning, it was all about getting the $ 500 back. But as weeks passed and I saw my body changing, the money did not matter anymore.
The key to success is really FTDI. Follow the diet and do the workout! It was a great experience and I have never felt so good about myself! Not only because I lost 20lbs, but because I realized that I could be a disciplined person (I just chose not to be one). I really thank all the trainers for all the great classes and keeping me motivated!
It was not an easy challenge, but I definitely do not regret doing it.

Upon joining the camp I was not sure what to expect. I knew I wanted to lose some weight around my stomach and my back. But wasn’t quite sure how I was going to maintain that Without losing too much weight Throughout the time of my training. I learned so much more about fitness And how to eat healthy And how to maintain portions And how to work out And not kill myself. Feel like I’m going to die but still not kill myself. I met a lot of great people A lot of great trainers. I learned to be proud of myself Because I was able to do something that I set out to do. Not only accomplished what I wanted but to go above and beyond and accomplished way more. I love my new shape even more Because the new me is a more healthier me more happier me That I thought I’d never see again. The Camp Transformation requires a few things when you sign the contract for the 6 Week 20lbs Challenge, such as: the upfront cost, commitment, nutrition plan, check-​ins, changing your FB picture to the challenge and post a review. While it may seem a lot, but if you are determined, as I was and still am. The trainers and staff truly care about all challengers and members. They push you to the limits. I lost 7.1 the first week with healthy eating and intensive circuit exercising, by the 3rd week, I was in a lull. I continued to eat on the plan, exercise and do my own extra cardio. By the 5th week I was concerned U wouldn’t lose the 7 pounds to hit the goal and either get refunded or roll over to a monthly member. Helen, a staff member, put me on a strict nutrition eating plan to make it… by Saturday, I weighed in and lost 20.2 pounds!
The Camp was exactly what I needed to gear me into a healthier lifestyle. I have signed up for my first Spartan Race in December and will conquer that too! I’m incredibly thankful to The Camp and all staff, including members and challengers are a family. If you’re thinking it’s a scam, you’re dead wrong. They don’t advertise, we, the members and challengers are the advertisement!

The camp is the best gym in the AV. It’s not only a gym it’s a family. The coaches are amazing, caring, helpful. Everyone is supportive. It’s so affordable. I would recommend this to everyone. I always do. Love the camp!

Let me start by saying yes they require you to write a review at the end of the challenge however it’s not required to be a good review. I have nothing but good things to say about the camp. They really help you achieve your goal but you have to do your part and put in the hard work and dedication. I loved my results so much that I will be rolling my deposit over to a monthly memebership. If you are ready for a change accept the challenge!

I have never found any diet plan or Gym that is this effective. I lost 20.5 pounds in 40 days. The people here are what make the difference for me. They care and they want you to succeed. Helen McGuire is not only supportive but is a great example of what the camp can do for you. Her story has helped me to push through the tough times and come out successful. When I signed up I was scared but I knew I needed to do somthing. I had a friend go trough this and was amazed at her results. Once you get over the fear you become excited for the change and with all the people around you going through it with you or have already gone through it you have such an amazing support system that is already established on face book. The secret FB group is so helpful when you need support or have questions and hearing others challenges
helps you know we are all in this together. Thick and thin… get it. If you are ready for change the camp is the place for you. Read all the instructions and be ready to change your life forever. I loved the camp so much I signed up for the 2nd challenge so I would not have to say goodbye. I’ll be sad when it’s over and belive me I never thought that would be the case. I love this place and I know you will too.

I am very impressed with the atmosphere that is presented at The Camp Transformation Center Lancaster. It is nothing like I’ve ever experienced before! I am so thankful that I found out about the camp and the 6 week challenge via recommendations and Facebook because not only did I find motivation to work out again I found the right type of exercise for my body.
I love the group atmosphere and find it very motivational to work with others and be pushed by all the trainers. I also think there is a good variety of trainers each with their own personality and style, and I find that a mix of different classes is refreshing. Everyone is so nice and so helpful and I enjoy that they correct my form as well as push me to do a little bit more each class.
I also learned how to eat. Now, I always «knew» how to eat healthy, but it was the timing of the meals that was a true eye-​opener. Someone at the camp said it felt like we are athletes in training. I can say this is true, but we are not Olympic athletes we are athletes in a sense of training our bodies to be efficient machines, to burn fat and process energy. Have to say that I feel amazing because I do feel that my body is finally running efficiently by the foods I learned to eat the time I consume them, and of course the cardio and weight training in the classes. I lost 30.1 pounds in my first challenge and I’m ready for the second!

Update: I did a second challenge and was able to lose another 20lbs! I love love the camp. It truly is one of a kind! It definitely. Is more of a mental challenge than a physical one but completely well worth it. It’s life changing. As a nursing mom, it was a bit more challenging and my milk decreased more during the first challenge than the second one but Sam heard my concerns and helped me out. One of the awesome things that comes with joining this AFF is the support system you get and that helped me out especially when there are also other nursing moms you could talk to. The trainers are unbelievable and the staff are so freaking awesome. The camp is just amazing all around.

This has been the ONLY gym where I felt like they cared about ME and MY success, not how much money they could squeeze out of me!
Trainers and staff are fantastic and the other people who attend are a right knit bunch who always make room for more!
