Subway

I had the worst customer service I have ever had at this location today. I normally go at least once a week to the Subway next to Hobby Lobby b/​c the manager there is awesome, and because the Walmart location is always slow. I haven’t been there in months because there have been times where you can’t even get someone to come out of the back. I decided to give it another chance today. When I arrived there was 1 person ahead of me getting a foot long that already had the meat on it and a 6in. that the woman was making. The Subway worker was so slow I didn’t get out of there until over 20 minutes later. I had 2 6 inch sandwiches made. She kept saying to the woman in front me and I that if she could take care of 3 people by herself she could take care of four. I inquired if she was alone with no help about 10 minutes in with not one of my sandwiches made. She said she was not but that she told him he can stay in the back because she could handle it. Obviously if it took over 20 minutes a customer to get in and out, she could not handle it. She then complained the entire time as she made our sandwiches that she had to be there today. She apologized to me that she wasn’t herself because she just woke up 2 hours ago… Really… and that it was supposed to be her day off but her supervisor had asked her to come in and cover for her. She said sorry but I’m just not emotionally or mentally prepared to be here. She then a few minutes later (while still working on the same 6 sub) that she didn’t even want to be there, but rather home on the couch with her girlfriend. She then complained because I asked for all veggies on one of the 6 inches. She asked me twice if I was sure. When she began on my 2^nd sub, a line of 2 people formed behind me and she asked the guy behind me if he would like for her to call the other guy from the back to come help. A) why was this even a question and B) it was the lunch hour, why was he not already out there. When checking me out she then told me my gift card didn’t go through. I asked why she had a receipt in her hand and why the machine was cleared out and not asking me for money. She then told me it had 2 different totals for my gift card balance on the receipt and she wasn’t sure which was correct.(There was only one on there). I will never visit this Subway again. This second chance attempt was enough.
