I’ve been a customer for almost 4 years, and they have consistently provided fantastic service. I closed out my unit yesterday only because I moved out of the area. Even knowing that I was no longer going to be a customer, they went out of their way to help. A+ across the board.

The experience with this storage facility has been great! The staff members are very friendly and helpful. She didn’t try to sell me things that I didn’t need. I was able to walk in, secure a unit and a UHaul truck the same day. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the facility and the security measures that are taken. The cost for your unit also includes insurance. Although I only plan to keep it for a month, I will definitely recommend them to others and use them in the future if needed.

This storage unit is incredibly clean. The staff is amazing! When I needed a letter from them verifying my payment history as an alternate form of credit, they did not hesitate to write it for me, even though they were informed I needed it to move into a house, thus ending my need for their services. They put my needs first and I sincerely appreciate that!
Over the years I have used several storage places in the AV. This is the ONLY one I would go back to!
