Sierra Toyota Scion

Went to look at the 2016 Toyota Corolla S special edition the sales person said yes we have them. We walked around the parking lot for 10 minutes in 95 degree weather. Then he says I guess we don’t have them. I asked can you see if another dealer has them he said «no» because I wasnt ready to buy it. Hello you have to look at a car first if you want to buy it.
Never going here again. Will drive to Valencia next time

This place is horrible, They will say anything at all to make a sale. They care about nothing but profit. They have terrible communication between departments, and The customer service is horrible as well, you will get the run-​around until you get annoyed and say forget it. I thought I was getting a good deal on my Tacoma but no! Even put over half down on the truck. The truck has dry rotted tires, even though I was assured they were good. After calling and calling and emailing I got no where. So I paid 14 grand cash 2 weeks ago and now I have to drop 400 more in tires before I have a blowout, as well as an alignment because it pulls to the right and they won’t do anything about that for me either. I waxed it today and noticed half the clips for the body panels are broken. Stuff like that that should be fixed before the truck even gets put on the lot, small or not. They made me regret buying a truck from them. This is my first major purchase and I wish I would have just walked out. Ford sold my father in law a bad truck, and he made sure they didn’t sell anything for over a month. Or Maybe I’ll just have to talk to a lawyer and then I’ll get somewhere. SHAME ON ME!
First, I went in there knowing what I wanted. The salesman was nice and helpful. I was going to trade my truck in for the new one. This is where it goes downhill. The floor manager, tall bald gentle, came to me and asked where my truck was. I told him the wife had it. He asked me how much I wanted for it. I told him. He responded, «That is way too much.» I never told him what truck I have. So the salesman, Joe, told me to come in the next day with my truck. I told him I would be back. Furthermore, the salesman, Joe, told me to take my truck somewhere else to sell it and bring the cash there to buy the new truck. Why should I take my truck somewhere else? He also told me that they are in the business of selling cars not buying. Huh… I thought this was a dealership. The next day arrives. SHAME ON ME. My wife asked why we are even coming back when the floor manager already told me that I am asking too much for my truck. He is coming into this deal already with the mindset that I want to much. Remember this is before he even knows what truck I have. I just told him what I want. So how is he going to tell me it’s too much? So I load the family in the truck and head there. My wife looks at the new truck I want while I go inside to find Joe. He is off. WHAT? He told me to come in today. So a very nice young lady helped me instead. They looked at the truck and afforded me $ 1000 less than what I wanted. No big deal. This is where the negotiations come in. NOPE. The floor manager told me to take it over to the Chevy dealership and sell it there and come back with the cash. I told him no. At this time I asked him why he told me the day prior that I was asking too much. He responded, «I am not the one that appraises the vehicles.» Me, «So why did you tell me that I was asking too much.» Him, «Well you are not getting what you want anyways.» By this time my wife is pretty upset that we waited there for an hour just for them to appraise my truck. The KBB blue book for my vehicle is $ 1000 more than what I was even asking for it. So to say the least, they have a floor manager that is overstepping his boundary with telling me the value of my vehicle when he is not even the guy that appraises it. Plus Joe left me hanging the day he told me to bring in the truck. Next, they are very slow. Mind you, I was the only in the dealership during this whole time. THE ONLY ONE. That should have been a clue. I will now be going to Bakersfield. I called them up and they assured me that they will not treat me like Sierra did.

Trying to call and get a live person is difficult. I took my car to get serviced and they called me to tell me I needed an cabin air filter. They installed it. However, once I turned on my A/​C the air had an odor and the air flow wasn’t as cold. I checked the filter myself and noticed that it was Incorrectly inserted. Kind of worrisome when you can’t get something like that correct.
I was called by my service representative and they made it right. I appreciate dealers that understand the importance of customers. Thank you!

it was a sad time had by me… made my appt. for 0800 today to get a recall done. Got there at 0800 and was told Vince is my guy and I am second in line. the lady puts a BIG number two on my car and walks off. then I see this customer talking only in Spanish to the people and seems she had car problems… well all of a sudden I am now moved to number three behind this lady. I said wow now I am moved to three after being told I am next and thy just all walked by and said nothing. I was finally helped and was told it would be two hours so I got my paperwork and left. Well that two hours came and went and it turned into SEVEN hours. i am pretty sure it was because it was a RECALL fix and I was not paying and all the PAYING for service people were moved ahead just like at check in.

I am not usually the type of person that goes to a dealership nor do I trust dealerships but I figured I would give this a chance since the service I wanted done was something I only trust a dealer to do.
I was very impressed with the level of straightforward service I received from Sean. The service I needed was something that takes a bit of time and they were not able to finish the vehicle on time. They did offer me a loaner car and I was just happy that they did not just give me the truck back and say it was done. I have a dash cam installed and they stayed true to their word working on the truck and test driving it properly before giving it back to me. On top of all of this Sean had the recall done on my truck while it was there so everything is in top shape.
Overall since I work on my truck 95% of the time and it is good to know that everything was done correctly as well as them being a trust worthy place, they did not overcharge me or try to upsell me on any items or services. That speaks volumes for me so I would recommend this place and will continue to use them for services!

Worst experience I have ever had at a Dealership. Kevin the «closer» is a complete ass he didn’t listen to a word we said. I will never ever purchase a car from them and If you are reading this I urge you not to even bother going there.

Even though we didn’t go the Toyota route with our new car purchase, we did had a nice experience with Salesman Troy last week. We test drove a couple cars with him and he was very informative. Extremely nice and down to earth guy with a pleasant manner about him. He was definitely not pushy like some salesmen can be, and overall just a great person to deal with. Keep up the great work Troy, sorry we weren’t able to find something we liked at Toyota.

Shuttle service sucks. I’ve been stuck waiting for my ride outside in the cold for almost an hour. Cashier lady said the shuttle left to pick me up half an hour ago… I can understand there’s many people using the shuttle service but honestly this is ridiculous.

I have never received such continual horrible service from any dealership in my life. I’m not only referring to service but sales as well.
Management is disrespectful and won’t come see an upset customer when requested. Employees have zero sense of urgency and don’t care about customer service.
Once I had the service manager Shawn call me on my phone regarding my complaint of a 3 hour wait for an oil change, that is offered as a free incentive if you buy of lease a new Toyota, he fully admitted that vehicles were only taking 45 minutes to be completed and he didnt know why I would be quoted that.
I thwn asked to speak with the General Manager, Paul Ando and was told he was in a «meeting». He never reached out to me to make things right.
Please do not use this dealership. Drive down to Frontier Toyota in Valencia and save yourself a headache.

I did have a great experience. I got exactly what I wanted, how I wanted it. I would have given 4-​stars, but geez, compared to all these bad reviews, how could I not give 5 when my experience went so well?
I walked in wanting a Red 2015 Prius 3, new. That’s exactly what I left with.
The only thing I didn’t like was the car wash. It wasn’t as thorough as I would have liked, it still had spots. Also, I recently noticed the tires are not all the same brand. Two are Bridgestone, and two are Ecopla. At least I’ve heard of Bridgestone!
Anyway, all in all, everyone was very friendly and eager to help. David was awesome and I hope others have more experiences like mine.

I purchased a pre owned Toyota Corolla and got a great deal for the price. Not only was the car a certified pre owned car but I also got 2 years of maintenance, 2 years of Roadside Assistance, and a LIFETIME power train warrantee. The peace of mind Sierra Toyota provide on their pre owned vehicles is head and shoulders above whatever some rundown corner used car lots offer and definitely more than what most dealerships in the AV dealerships provide on their used cars. The process was simple and transparent, which I appreciated. Our salesman was friendly and courteous and never made us feel pressured. Even salesmen who weren’t working with us offered to refill the water and coffee my girlfriend and I were drinking. Would I recommend Sierra Toyota? Yes. Will I be returning to Sierra Toyota? Absolutely. Definitely give them a try.

UPDATE: thank you for your response, however your assertions are inaccurate. The repair bill was for $ 3600. I can provide you with a copy of it if you like. The gift card, which we returned after driving out to you, was I can only assume in the hopes that we would be fine with your mistake. Unfortunately we’re were not.
ORIGINAL: So here’s the story. Came in looking for a new car but wanted something very specific. Found what I wanted but was told it was «used» only in name as it had been «bought and taken off the lot but returned due to the purchaser not being able to secure financing.» In retrospect I should have been more skeptical. Anyhoo, negotiated a decent deal and drove home. 24 hours later we are called and informed that they neglected to have us sign a form and the salesman will come to our house 50 miles away and have us sign it. With a gift card payoff mind you. Guess what? It was a damage disclosure form. But only for a «scratch.» Hmm ok. Silly us. After asking more questions on our own it seems this car has been in an accident. (Opinion from a very reputable mechanic) Would have been nice to know before paying for an essentially «new» car right? When we brought it back they were pretty quick to make the return without the restocking fee. Since it could cost them their dealers license and all. Since it’s fraud. And here’s the thing. Had they been honest to begin with… Thanks for perpetuating the stereotype of car salespeople!
