History
Established in 2008.
This business is family owned and operated. Vincenzo Zito have been in business for over 30 years. He owned Pizza Box in West Chester, Pa 1981 – 1988. He then saw an opportunity in Strasburg, Pa and then he decided to ventured off to own Strasburg Pizza 1988 – 1996. He then went onto to own Little Italy in York, Pa 1996 – 2008. But his heart was always in Lancaster County, Pa. So he found a GREAT location in Lancaster, Pa and decided to come back to Lancaster and open Pie in the Sky in 2008. Vince introduced his family to the business back in 1990 and his family have been in the business with him since then. He has three children, who are eager to follow in his footsteps. His children are Calogero Zito (Charlie), Rosalia Zito and Roberto Zito (Robby).
