With two guest rooms, Pearl’s Place Bed & Breakfast offers an intimate lodging experience to its guests featuring luxurious guest rooms, private baths, a hot breakfast, and a link to local history. The historical value of this 1880s home will not be lost as the guest of Pearl’s Place enjoys the unique ambience created with the 11-​foot ceilings, multiple fireplaces, and distinguished archways.

Signature designs by Skip Bickert are evident throughout Pearl’s Place.

The Lancaster area is a popular tourist area and an evolving business community as evidenced by multiple fine restaurants and gallery openings. We offer information to guests on activities and collaborate with local establishments and businesses throughout the area.

Traveling by train? Pearl’s Place is a five-​minute walk from the Lancaster train station.

We especially welcome visitors to the historic downtown Lancaster arts scene, Franklin & Marshall College, and Amish Country.

Tony and Alesia H.

Business Owner

Dr. Anthony Hicks and Alesia Fenninger are the proprietors of Pearl’s Place Bed & Breakfast.

Tony’s background is in psychology and he has been an educator for many years. Alesia is a critical care nurse at a local hospital.

The creation of Pearl’s Place is a natural extension of their hospitality and laughter which Tony and Alesia share with friends, family, and guests.
