Business Owner
Head chef, Trang Vu is 28 years old and moved to the US with her family in Feb 2012. Prior to coming to the United States, she worked at her family’s noodle shop in Vietnam (opened since 1998) at the young age of 15.
She and her husband, Minh, run both Noodle King locations hand-in-hand.
