Recently, after suffering a mild stroke I was visited in the ER by a doctor from Neurological Associates of Lancaster. I didn’t choose this doctor, he just happened to be the one at the hospital at that time. I didn’t feel comfortable with him, but was too distressed to say anything. Since them, I have requested to switch to another doctor in the practice, but was told that they couldn’t do that. Now I must find a neurologist in a different office, hopefully, one that strives for patient satisfaction.
