I had keystone build a my dream house for me. I have been more than pleased with the entire process as well as attention to detail. Every month the same person from Keystone contacts me to see if there are any concerns or anything that needs to be fixed no matter how big or small and every time I bring something up they are there to fix it in a very timely manner. I have to admit I have read some stories online prior to building about people unhappy with Keystone and I believe if everyone had the same experience as me there is no way they could be unhappy. The only con I can bring up regarding the entire process is the fact that every little thing you add brings the price up fast. I think there should be more packages available regarding upgrades for the home but again you get what you pay for. Everybody that drives by my home says they love it and it is the best looking home on the street. A big thanks goes to Tuan Pham (my keystone consultant), Brad Myers (my builder), and Keith Fischer (my warranty/​follow up guy). Buy a home with Keystone you won’t regret it.

I love my new Keystone Custom Home. The construction team was professional and answered all questions in a timely manner. The post move in checklist was short and any issues were addressed promptly. The follow up from the Home Care Specialist was excellent. All these things created a wonderful experience. Excellent Home Great value.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are liars and deceitful. Their bottom line is money and they are very greedy.
First, the construction that they pride only takes 2 – 3 months. At what cost? They contract their work to the cheapest people. In turn, crappy build. We have had leaks after leaks, mildew growth, ceiling is literally falling, flooring is coming up in multiple areas.
Second, once they have your money, forget about returning your emails or phone calls. They only will if they want something in return
And a huge tip… always get everything they say in writing and notorized. They will totally screw you if they can, regardless of what they say. If you want the truth about keystone homes, ask the Paradise community (which had multiple issues in almost every house) and even Google the truth about keystone custom homes. Please, do your research before selecting them

We love our home! We ended up buying a home that was built for someone else, and they never moved in, so we didn’t go through the process of choosing all our options. However, we only had minor problems with our place and someone was out immediately to fix the problems. I love the layout, the quality, the neighborhood — I couldn’t be happier. We are hoping to retire in 4 – 5 years and hope there’s a development where we plan to move!

In hindsight I should’ve went with my initial feelings and never went with Keystone. This is my own fault. I try giving people and companies the benefit of the doubt, but in this case I was spot on. The entire organization is made up of scumbags. From Keystone to RMS (mortgage company they make you use) and everyone in between. I wish I would’ve never found your website. Worst experience ever!

I recently built a home with this company. I thought everything was great at first then I started having major issues with the home– It is under warranty however getting anyone to come fix anything is the biggest struggle and they simply do not want to do it. If you are thinking about using Keystone to build your home I would highly recommend you choose a different builder.

My wife and I love our home — the layout, the options, the location, and the price. Keystone does something differently than all the other builders out there — they allow the buyer to decide where to spend the money. Many builders try to either include costly upgrades in the base house or only offer large/​expensive packages, Keystone has a website that lists all their options (100’s) and each is individually priced so you can only pick what is important. We liked that a lot — we were in control. House quality is great and the employees that we interacted with were all fantastic. Great job Keystone and thanks for our amazing home!
