Tried this for the first time and loved it. Had to order it again, the VERYNEXTDAY! Online ordering is a breeze. They offer delivery. Eveything is made to order and fresh!

I love Jimmy Johns! This is only the second JJ’s I’ve been to(the first being the 2nd Street location in Harrisburg) and have found the quality to be the second at both locations. I have been to the Manheim pike location 4 times and have never waited more than 1 minute(seriously!) between placing my order and picking up my sandwich. Even though it’s not the same type of customization you can get at Subway, I think the sandwich recipes are such that they don’t need things added for them to taste great! My favorite is the #6 Veggie :) I haven’t gotten a sub with meat from this restaurant, but my husband said, while a little light, the taste is great. I highly recommend this little sandwich shop.

Just stopped here again today. I guess even after reading other reviews, I am mixed on my feelings. The sandwiches are good, I got a Vito this time, and yeah, I think it could have used a little more«juice» lol… delivery area is weird, we are over behind Jones Honda, and they won’t deliver, so we rarely go. The sandwiches are fresh, and they are super quick. Nice staff. I guess for a 4 or 5 star, It would take me wanting to make an effort to go here more. Worth a stop if you never visited.

nice and fast. sure you can’t pick everything that goes on it, but if you wanted that than go to subway.

Good, fresh, fast. I really enjoy the Vito with hot peppers. Better than other chain sub shops.

Just one more place that spits out generic subs. They are not bad, but are not anything special. Just another sandwich. The roll is good, but I sure wish they offered them toasted. My wife had to add some Italian dressing to hers since it was dry. Mine was approaching soggy by the time I got it home. Just another reason why I should move to Philly or NYC where great hoagies are on every corner.

I’ve been here three times already but am still mixed on whether or not this will be a normal stop for me. PROS: Subs are 8″, Subway is 6 or 12″, prices are about the same or lower then a Subway 6″ Ingrediants are fresh and you can taste the difference Business is clean and comfortable Friendly staff Service is fast CONS: Delivery area is very limited Additional charge of $ 1 per sub + additional tip for delivery seems excessive Other then removing the onion or tomato there’s really no customizing such as adding pickles to a sandwhich that normally wouldn’t have any They can’t toast — this is huge for me as I like my cold subs served warm and toasty They never cut your sub… ever and 8″ is alot to hold and handle I found their subs to be a little skimpy on the meat and the bread a bit thick Overall they’re good, but… I like to customize and I like subs served warm and I hate to have to go back to the counter to ask for them cut, so… end result, I’m still leaning towards Subway.

We really like their food, but the Manheim Pike location(Chelsea Square) has a terrific staff. My daughter’s car broke down near there and we waited for the tow truck, and they couldn’t have been more sympathetic or helpful. Definitely worth the visit – great food and wonderful people!

I normally have a great hatred of chains and franchises however Jimmy John’s food has won me over — sorta. The sandwiches are great, my favorite is the Gargantuan which is the Noah’s Ark of subs — seems like every animal is inside it. My only gripe is that I’d like to give them more business but their bizarre delivery range prohibits it. I work less than 1 mile away on Plaza Blvd by the Park City Mall and they do not deliver here because it is considered a «high traffic area», thus eliminating hundreds if not thousands of potential customers of the employees of the businesses in and around the mall. It would be in our normal weekly lunch rotation(we spend $ 50/day on lunches), but now it gets picked 1x per month at best when someone can pick it up.
