Specialties
FENZ is an urban restaurant offering a Contemporary American menu. It is two floors with a full bar on each floor. We recommend reservations primarily because we are small, but encourage spontanaity. We offer the full menu at both of the bars.
There is a second floor terrace for outside dining in the spring and summer months. We have happy hour Monday thru Fridays offering half price on selected bar food and well drinks.
We are becoming best known for our creative vegetarian and vegan dishes, as well as our strong commitment to accomodating special dietary needs and requirements for our guests.

Owner/Operators
Robert Fenninger (Bob) and Julie (Grove) Slack
Robert Fenninger has 25 years experience in the hospitality industry. For 23 years he managed the Log Cabin Restaurant in suburban Lancaster. His vision helped to propel that eatery to the top of most every «best of» list in the region, including desirable local commendations along with national recognition from Zagat, The Wine Spectator, the Robb Report and Saveur Magazine. During that tenure, he created Log Cabin Catering which served some of the most distinguished parties in the area market for over a decade.
Julie Grove Slack has 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. While attending Widener University, she worked for a hospitality company in Center City Philadelphia.
In 1996 she joined Bob Fenninger at the Log Cabin Restaurant as the Catering Coordinator. She assisted Bob in developing the off premise business. She later created her own Event Planning business specializing in weddings.
