BEWARE — They are very friendly and nice UNTIL they completely ruin your project. So, just beware that if something does go wrong, they are not an upstanding company and will not do the right thing. Not only did they ruin the items we took to them to have graphics put on and would not pay for the damage they did, they also had the audacity to tell us they will give us a 20% discount on the service they didn’t perform!!! Let me repeat… They ruined almost a thousand dollars in our materials (complete loss to us due to their lack of inability) offered NOTHING to offset our loss AND wanted to charge us for the damage they did.

What a wonderful organization to work with. I needed a special sign printed up for my company’s office. Being the first time I had ever used them, I decided to drive to their location instead of doing my transaction over the internet. I was impressed with the efficiency and friendliness of the representative who helped me out. It took less than 5 minutes to process my order. Since it was over the holidays, they advised me that it may take a little longer than normal to produce the sign, but that they would do their best to expedite the process. During the wait, they were in constant contact with me, keeping me up-​to-​date on the status and estimated installation date. When it was ready to be installed (which was about 8 business days from the original order), they called me to let me know when they would be coming out. Two professional young men showed up and removed the old sign, installed the new one, cleaned up, and were out of there in less than 15 minutes.
