I’ve traveled from ft lauerdale fl to escanaba Michigan to Phoenix an there’s not another Mexican restaurant hands down. Raul is the most amazing server the drinks are strong an the food is so hot you’d wish it sat under a hot lamp for a few mins longer there service is wonderful. You’ve gotta have a patron margarita and the cheese enchiladas with rice an beans !!!

Go to Mexican restaurant in the Antelope Valley. My family and I come here two-four times a month. All of the staff is friendly and they have excellent service. I’ve tried many items on the menu and have never been disappointed. Thank you to the staff for always taking care of us!

I love coming to this place, I am here at least 3 times a week. The margarita are great and food is good for restaurant Mexican food. What really makes this place is the staff, they treat us like family! We walk in and they already have are drinks ready as we r setting down. I can go on and on how great it is here but come and try yourself.

Love this place! My Grammy always wants a margarita from here when she flies in from Florida and they always remember her. Love that it’s family oriented! Great food! Great margaritas!

The best Mexican restaurant in the Lancaster/Palmdale area! Service could use some work, however the food is definitely worth the wait! I enjoyed the chicken enchiladas with green sauce. The meatball soup was to die for! So much flavor! To perfection! I’ve also been to the one in Palmdale on 10th and palmdale blvd. Also extremely delicious!

This place is not good I eat a lot of mexican food am mexican and this was so not worth the money or time… I had the albondiga soup WAAAAAAAY over salted unedible, the chile verde plate not what I am use to as far as the sauce it had beel pepper in it which I am not a big fan of, Though had it had any flavor I would not have minded it. My Babes had the carnitas plate it was mediocre and worse of all I had a stomach ache the rest of the night. I am always a tay something twice girl unfortunately my rule will be broken here as I will not be returning. I am fairly new to the area and would recommend the neighborhood taco shops over this mediocre excuse for a restaurant

I love their champagne Sunday brunch with buffet, all you can eat. Very good food and friendly staff. All the dishes are great at any time you order there. Two thumbs up.

I’M SODISAPPOINTED!!! First let me say that I eat out often and never have I experienced such horrible service. I had to wait for about 20 just to have the server take my order. I don’t even know his name cause he didn’t properly introduced himself to us. I had to call the bus guy and ask him to call our server cause we were ready to order about 10 minuets ago. finally he came took our order and never returned WTH!!! I was on my lunch break and very hungry and also pissed. I had to ask the bus guy again to call my server cause I was tired of waiting for my food to arrive shortly after that my server came out with our food. He dropped it off and then ran away. The food was good but with the horrible service I received I WILLNOTBEGOBACK. I finished my meal and never got my bill I had to get up and look for the server. SOSODISAPPOINTED.

Very disappointed with customer service at this location! Called in a to go order and I got a rude employee giving attitude seem like he was not” happy” to be at work. I have never experience this type of behavior from any other el toreo restaurant! Over all the food the service is pretty good and they make it fresh.

Well I have to say I do like the décor. When inside you don’t feel like your in a strip mall. We came cause we had an hour to kill while our car was being serviced. We were not too hungry so ordered 2 tacos for my hubby and 2 flautas for myself. That took 25 minutes to be served with only 4 tables besides us. It had no flavor but they were very attentive on drink refills so that is why they are getting 2 stars. When my husband asked for cheese the guy walked away saying cheese literally 6 times. Not sure if he couldn’t remember and had to keep repeating it or was mocking my husband. So needless to say our first and last trip here

I will never go to this poor piss of an establishment again. They allowed a patron to get so drunk that he vomited and fell out on the floor. Then one of his friends dragged him outside and told them to call a cab. I was so disgusted I told my guy let’s go. We didn’t wait for our food and left full drinks. When we walked outside the guy was stumbling everywhere. Just sad.

I go in at least once a week. Raul and the other waiters take great care of us. Prices are good and drinks are better! Can’t go wrong with their chips n salsa either! Best spot in town!

First off the correct address is 830 West Ave. L. Somehow, several of the El Toreo locations seem to be mixed up. This place shows that details really do matter. Great décor will not make up for bad food, but it certainly does help a good dining experience, which ours was. The waitstaff was attentive, friendly, and very professionally attired. Our food was really great, including the chicken in mole sauce. The Ranchera sauce was excellent also. Our only disappointment was the guacamole, which was puréed much too smoothly and served on a plate. It tasted fine, but looked odd. Definitely will visit again.

I’m a regular here and there is a reason for that-it’s great! Everything is good, the margaritas, the chips & salsa, the service and the food. I had the carne asada burrito this visit and I wasn’t disappointed.

1st time here. Waiter spilled the salsa on me and my food. They remade my plate only to have it look done but it was actually cold when I took a bite. They offered to remake it. .again but by then I was ready to go. Won’t be eating here again.

The food here seemed much better than the other locations in The Valley. It was comfortable and I liked the ambience. I ordered the Combo #14 Shredded beef taco w/side of ranch, chili relleno and cheese enchilada. Sneaking a peak at the table next to us, the bowl of Albondigas looked huge. The only salad dressing they make is the oil and vinegar which we both tried and found to be light and refreshing. Nice. The Shrimp enchilada would have been better with a Suizas sauce, but the vegetables served in the sauce were very tasty so we picked those out. Extra points for value as servings were large. Mr. Picky said he could come in and do a $ 3.95 Chili Relleno a la carte and call that lunch! He liked the place more than I did. The dessert Flan is homemade and tasted okay, but it was not brilliant and so next time I might try something else. Overall, not a bad experience for a first visit, and I’d try it again(we did have a good waiter).

Came in for lunch today with a friend. The servers were fast and friendly. The hostess got our drinks in right away. Before even opening the menus we were served chips and salsa. Ordered the lunch special and I was really disappointed. My chicken tostada was soggy. The chicken lacked flavor and it looked huge but I was fooled seeing as 80% was just lettuce. It wasn’t hot either so maybe it was sitting out for awhile? The salsa was good and my friend did like the enchiladas so it wasn’t all that bad.
