Stopped in for a coffee today. Cute shop, sweet staff, great prices. Cappuccino for me and a latte for him and we both thought the drinks were lacking in robust flavor. In his words, «It doesn’t taste like anything.» Glad we tried it.

My twice daily coffee shop. Get one of the expresso drinks or hot chocolate. No tables, but if you are lucky, you can visit with the mayor or many other downtown regulars at the stand-up bar.

Coffee is great here and inexpensive. This business has been located in downtown Lancaster for many years. They do a brisk takeout business. If you are in Lancaster and want a great fresh cup of coffee stop here. Employees are very friendly and helpful.

Tasty coffee and lots of neat accessories and whatnot, although it wasn’t immediately obvious(from the outside anyway) that they have a barista and/or individual cups of coffee; it looks like a kitchenwares store. I’d definitely recommend they get a few small tables and re-orient some of the displays so people can see the barista from outside.

Cross Keys Coffee has been in Lancaster almost as long as I have, or longer. At least for 15 years at the same location. The coffee is consistently fresh, and the owner is very knowledgeable about coffee… I especially enjoy all of the coffee accessories that they sell… wonderful mugs… with great sayings on them and other items for persons who love teas.

Jerry and crew are the best. I visit almost daily on my morning break, and also buy the ground beans for my Keurig at home. They know their regulars by name, and miss you when you don’t show up. Great customer service and great coffee!

My boyfriend bought me an espresso machine from cross keys about 6 months ago. The machine is just fine, but the customer service I receive from John(I think thats his name) and everyone else there is fantastic. Whenever I have a question about the machine, frothing, their coffees or just coffee in general, they all go above and beyond customer service. I am so glad we didn’t get our machine at target, because they could never provide that level of service for my coffee. If you are in the market for anything to make coffee/lattes/tea, or if you just want a quick drink on the run, this is your place!

I walk here about four times a week. Why, because there is nowhere else to get a great cup of coffee for $ 1.00 even, that’s right the tax is included. Forget the hipsters hanging around(not working in the middle of a weekday) at Square One or Prince St. Café, and go to Cross Keys for well-prepared cup of coffee; they mix your sugar, pink stuff, yellow packet, blue packet, whatever sweetner with just as many choices as milk, cream, soy, you name it. Lastly, a heaping double shot of espresso is a steal at $ 1.50.

More coffee than tea. Not being a coffee drinker, It really didnt appeal to me. This place sells a lot of the coffee accessories like filters and brewers. They do have some fresh beans, bags, and things like that tho. On the tea side, they have some stuff, but not nearly as much as coffee. And they also sell teapots and the like. The selection just didnt seem very broad to me for either coffee or tea. Just a note. This place is near the square, so parking is next to zero. Youll have to park in a garage most likely.
