OMG where do I start. I ordered 700.00 dollars worth of crab, scallops, crab cakes, soft shell crab, for a special party Friday before Christmas, day of delivery I received a phone call saying my order didn’t make the truck, I was upset clearly but set another date CHRSTMASEVE, the 24 th at 1 pm the phone rings and its Chesapeake crab connection staying once again my order would not be comming, mind you this is CHRISTMAS eve my dinner for CHRISTMAS serving 20 plus people. TODAY Marks 2 weeks I have been calling /emailing and constantly trying to reach someone for a refund … 10 emails 8 voicemails … 2 return phone calls telling me JOHN S WILLBECONTACTINGMETORESOLVETHESITUATION(john never did return any phone calls /emails). Until today I finally was Abe to get through and amber gt him after I sat on hold 10 minutes! I paid for this 2.5 months ago it was lie pulling teeth to get a refund … Which is what I FINALLYGOT … No I’m sorry, no what can we do to help rectify ths ?? Nothing !! I wouldn’t use them for fish bait worse experience ever! John s wouldn’t work for me 5 minutes with his customer relations! Or lack thereof

I was not pleased with my shipment of crabs. They were very small and contained very little meat. They was extremely disappointed being that I paid over $ 80 for crabs that wer of poor quality.
