APEX Home Inspection Services, LLC specializes in home inspections and radon gas testing for Central and South Central Kentucky. We offer inspections for buyers and sellers and inspect any residential property up to 4 unit residential. APEX is also certified by the National Radon Safety Board and has a Raodn Measurement Specialist on staff to answer your question cocernig the risks of radon to your health and to talk to you about testing your home. We use all EPA protocols and can provide guidance on steps to take ir your radon level is higher than the EPA recommended limit.

History

Established in 2010.

APEX began performing home inspections in early 2010 and continue to provide that service across the state. Due to increased awareness and interest in radon, we now offer radon testing.

Business Owner

John Elliott is the owner of APEX Home Inspection Services, LLC. His background in engineering, quality management, and construction provide the cornerstones of the committment of APEX to each client. John is licensed in Kentucky to perform residential inspections (HI-​3052), and is a Certified Radon Measurement Specialist by the National Radon Safety Board (11S038).
