Horrible company to manage property. And, you get to pay them too! Totally unprofessional and incompetent. Expect to manage them mismanaging your property.

We hired American Heritage to manage our house which we had to convert to a rental due to a move out of state. During the year that they managed the house, they were very difficult to get a hold of, they made empty promises (ex. they did not know why the water and trash bill were still in our name and said that it should be in their name but was never taken care of). When we finally decided to end renting the house to sell it, they failed at doing anything to finalize the tenants stay at the house. They didn’t do a final inspection, they did not pursue unpaid water and trash bills that the tenants left and were aware of for the entire year. They made an empty promise that they would send a final letter and say the unpaid bills would go to collection.
I would strongly urge that someone with property needing a property management team to look elsewhere. They lack the professionalism and responsibility that you would expect.
