For more than 25 years, Ambassador Advisors has been delivering financial planning and money management services to individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations throughout much of the nation. Ambassador Advisors (formerly Premier Investment Advice) was started in 1990 by Robert Kauffman. The Lancaster, PA-based company honed its craft initially by providing sound investment services to individuals seeking an active approach to stewarding their wealth. Ambassador desires clients to Dream More, Plan More, Do More.™
In 2008, Bob was formally joined by Bernie Bostwick and Adrian Young in an effort to increase both the expertise and capabilities Ambassador could deliver to its clients. Ambassador began to focus its efforts on helping small– to mid-sized charities, as well as their supporters, do more with their resources. This niche focus, along with specialists in a variety of disciplines at Ambassador, continues to help countless individuals, businesses, and the nonprofits.

Business Owner
Robert E. Kauffman is the Founder and President of Ambassador Advisors, LLC. With more than 35 years of experience in the financial services industry, Bob has earned the designation Certified Financial Planner (CFP™). He is also a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®), a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), and he holds membership in the International Association of Advisors in Philanthropy.
Bob is recognized as a leading professional in investment management and estate planning, and he has trained and supervised hundreds of financial planners during his career. Bob has served on the boards of a number of nonprofit organizations, which ultimately led him to focus on nonprofits as a specialty.
Bob’s favorite part of being an advisor is helping to solve problems for the people he serves. While he enjoys the challenge of investing and the analytic side of the job, it is the time spent face to face with clients, trying to make their lives better, that he enjoys the most.
