Nancy Mota is absolutely the best on what she does.
She is been helping me with all my insurance needs (auto and renter) since I moved to US about one year ago.
Not only she is one of those you think: «hey, does she work 24×7?» — since she always fast replying emails and always available when you need to reach her out on phone.
A proof of her excellence was when I bought a new car. I really wanted to buy it in a particular day of the week to make sure I’d have it available for the weekend and to not miss a deal, and was able to issue my auto insurance practically overnight with a couple of phone calls and some documents sent by fax. I didn’t even have to step in on her office!

I used to hold a grudge against ALLSTATE from my previous experiences with their agents. Nancy, however, got rid of all those insecurities. She was absolutely helpful with signing up and did an excellent job explaining the specifics of my policies. She was very knowledgeable and more than helpful. I certainly recommend her to anyone looking for an honest and objective insurance brokerage.

Nancy is an excellent at her job! She is quick to respond and whatever questions, wether large or small, she is ready to answer. Always greets me with a smile. Great rates and prices. I send her anyone I know who asks me about insurance.

Had a problem with Mattox, then went with Harte (he retired) sold his book to Currado.
Every time I turned around Mr. Currado was increasing my policy by 10%.
I finally went with «Ameriprise» and saved a «fortune».
I will never go back to «Allstate» again…“ever”.
Also one of Currado’s receptionist’s was a «snot».

Never give up your title. John Currado agency will according the Insurance commissioner not openly disclose germane information to your rights in California. Please do not support Family oligopolies in CA Make sure anyone who quotes you a price is an agent. Big Fat John or little pocked faced Johnny. Crooks do exist in insurance. Non BBC accredited!

Do yourself a favor and at least go with a different agent if not a different company. Never in my life have I had so many problems with double payments/​payments not being recorded. Furthermore, the wait for them to get back to me via email was about a month. This office is a terrible representation of customers service.
