Great dinner here tonight. Service was good, food excellent. Not pretentious at all. The only dish we had that was not good was the beef satay appetizer. The meat was so tough none of us could chew it. Everything else was good, well seasoned without being burning hot. We will be back for sure!

Nice little byob. We both came away very impressed. Food and service were excellent. In fact, Curry Chicken entrée was the best I’ve ever had. Both servers were friendly and knowledgeable and not overbearing. If not for their antiquated no credit card policy (we happened to notice a small sign by the door mid meal) would have given 5 stars. Maybe charge more for people paying credit ie gas stations but not accepting them is a inconvenience in a credit/​debit card world for customers regardless if there are ATMs nearby. Suggestion — Tell patrons policy when seating so they’re not left scrambling for cash if they didn’t notice sign. Will be back with cash soon for hopefully another excellent experience.

Amazing food and service! Super tiny restaurant so make sure to get reservations because it fills up quick. Would definitely recommend the Thai Basil Beef and the Curry Chicken.

Excellent food! Best Curry Chicken ever! Tastiest Peanut Sauce. The staff could not have been more attentive or friendlier. The one criticism I have is they desperately need music overhead, particularly if you come right at 6:00 pm when they open for dinner.

This was actually my 3^rd visit to Siam and it didn’t disappoint. I had the Tom Yum Koong (shrimp) and pork satay… both of which were excellent. For my main, the mixed seafood stir fry was quite good… with a portion so large it could be shared or taken home. All of the seafood including shrimp, scallops, squid and mussels were of good quality and well prepared. Im looking forward to my next visit to try something else!

This Thai place is a nice and intimate setting. The restaurant is run by several Caucasians, but don’t let that fool you. They have really good Thai food
The menu is in an unassuming stapes paper packet, but oh my! Their green curry and beef curry with tamarind water is amazing! It might qualify for being one of the best Thai food places there

Siam is deliciously amazing. I literally live across the street and eat here/​get takeout almost once a week. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is adorable, and the staff members are super nice. They even remembered my boyfriend’s name after just our first visit! Seriously, you’re doing yourself a disservice if you don’t eat here.

Always great food. I love the shrimp basil special. Byob and a great price for the meal. It is so good that I give it 5 stars even with the boring décor.

I LOVE SIAM! Being a Lambertville local, I’ve got plenty of choices for aces I love to eat. Siam is at the top of my list! My favorite dishes are the steak salad, the transparent vermicelli and the curry chicken. Each one has flavors that POP in your mouth! Take out is also a great option if this little gem is on your way home! They don’t take plastic so be sure to have cash or check when you go!

Don’t go there for the décor but you won’t even notice when your food comes out. Get the mee crop and a #21.

This is not only the best Thai food I’ve ever had, but also one of my favorite restaurants. I’ve been coming here for a majority of my eighteen years on this planet. Maybe it’s boring, but I always order the same thing.
For appetizers my family always gets the crispy vermicelli and the spring rolls off the «special menu» (it’s just a list of things they haven’t printed on the menu, they’re always available). Hands down the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. Super crisp and not at all greasy. The filling is always tasty, usually some variety of vermicelli noodles and veggies.
My entrée of choice is 45, which is a fried tofu in a black bean and oyster sauce. Not only is the tofu super light and crispy, but the sauce is just YUM. Its really sweet, from the oyster sauce, but also has the savory profile from the black bean. The sauce really is heavenly.

Best Thai food I have ever had. It probably helps that we were guided by regulars Joe and Thaddeus. Service is excellent. BYOB and inexpensive prices make this an incredible value.
I had for lunch the lemongrass soup with shrimp. We added some chili heat to spice it up perfectly. My meal was fresh vermicelli noodles with shrimp and pork. It was amazing (ordered it soupy and added some spice).
I have been trying to find a comparable Thai restaurant in Dallas, but I have yet to find one as good.

Love this place! The food is authentic thai, and everything always comes out so hot and tasty! The stuffed chicken wings are delicious! I wish i knew how to make them myself. The coconut soup is always a favorite of mine, and when youre here you have to get the crispy fish since so few other Thai places have it. Definitely recommend!

I’ve been going to Siam off and on for 20 years. The last time being 5 years ago with my fiery red-​headed former hell-​mate, she’s the one who ruined me forever. Let me not regress. This is a quaint family owned and run BYOB in Lambertville, two traffic lights and a left hand turn over the bridge from New Hope.
I like this place, not «in love», but very much «like». The food has been the same forever, and with the owners working the restaurant you know they care about what is prepared and served.
Here’s a quick rundown of the dishes we ordered for the table of 3, with enough to stuff ourselves and not have room for desert.
Apps
–BBQ beef on a stick, with peanut sauce & cucumber salad — 3 stars, somewhat tender beef with an average peanut sauce. The cuke salad was spicy and divine
–crispy rice vermicelli with sauce, shrimp & ground pork — 2 stars, a little greasy and taste was just average, with one or two mini duty-​shrimp, and the pork? Where?
Entrees
–Thai curry chicken — 3 stars, tasty and tender chunks of chicken in a small crock
–Mussels — 3 stars — large tender 4 star steamed muscles with a 2 star broth. Note: the presentation on the plate was excellent.
–stir fried beef with fresh Thai holy basil, garlic & hot pepper — 4 stars, my favorite dish of the night
Go there, you will enjoy. Other than Hamilton’s Grill and The Swan Hotel, this is my next choice for a night out with friends in Lambertville.

Siam is my all-​time favorite hometown restaurant! Everything on the menu is authentic and will amaze! Definitely get the coconut soup — holy cow, I dream about it!!! The service is SO friendly, the chefs are wonderful and will cater to anything you want! The ambiance is cozy and intimate, but can get so busy you never feel awkward laughing too loud. It’s just the perfect hometown spot. You’re bound to leave with new friends :)

We love this place it’s rather small but the food is delicious. We usually go on a Sunday night because Friday and Saturday night they are packed. That in itself should say how good the food is. The mother and daughter team here are delightful and they go out of their way to make sure the service is good and the food superior.

Really fresh and unique Thai Cuisine. Give yourself time because the service is slow, but the food is well worth waiting for.

These authentic flavors are amazing! I wish I could have this food everyday! I drive an hour just to come eat at this incredible place. Everyone who is in town or looking for authentic Thai need to come. It’s not your typical pad Thai place. So YUMMY!

I am always looking for a good Thai place even when I am traveling. I can never get enough Thai. So when visiting New Hope, it appeared this was the best Thai place around in neighboring Lambertville.
The place is small and they do not serve liquor but you can bring your own bottle.
The staff was very friendly and my server was happy to recommend items from their menu. I went with the chicken curry at her recommendation especially since I didn’t really care for any of the vegetarian choices. I asked for it spicy.
Unfortunately, spicy in the north is just a little bit of heat. My server said she would bring out a tray of spices but it never arrived until after I was done eating. The portion size was a bit disappointing. There was a huge bowl of rice and a small bowl of curry chicken. While it had a nice flavor without the heat, I was left craving more.
It was a decent meal but nothing I would consider exceptional Thai. I still wish I could have received it Thai Spicy.
