Specialties

Service for Eight, LLC is an antique and vintage fine china store. We try to bring elegance and romance back to the dining room table at affordable prices. Our fine china is from many of the major china houses that exist today such as Noritake, Limoges, Lenox, Wedgewood and many more. All of our china has been previously owned and cared for. Service for Eight, LLC is strongly committed to helping preserve the environment by extending the life of fine vintage china (firing and glazing china requires high energy and creates a substantial carbon footprint).

Service for Eight, LLC carries service for 6, 8, 10, and 12, many with an abundance of serving pieces. Because all of the china we sell is vintage or antique, some may have normal ware on the design; this is what makes them full of character and unique. We try to disclose all chips and cracks and do not include them in the service count.

History

Established in 2011.

We have always loved fine vintage china and collected for many years. We realized that this was not only art, but also good for the environment. Making sets of china has a heavy carbon footprint. So we decided to share our love of this history. We continue to expand. We started at a location in the People’s Store in Lambertville, NJ. We have established a presence on eBay (ServiceForEightllc) and Etsy. We have developed very effective shipping. We are currently looking for another store location as well as expanding our website to take orders directly. We hope you stop by and visit, either physically, or virtually.
